Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.閉じた底部と該閉じた底部から伸びる側面壁を有する容器; 貫通孔を有し、頂部と底部との間に位置する側面部を備え、該容器内に位置し 、該頂部と該底部を含むバスケット手段;および 該バスケットの下に位置し、流体の循環用のインペラーを含み、 ここで、流体が該容器の底部から該容器の該側面壁と該バスケットの側面との 間を通って該容器の該頂部に流れ、該バスケットを通り抜けて該容器の底部に戻 ることを特徴とする細胞培養に使用される装置。 2.該バスケットが該バスケットの該頂部と底部を形成する上部および底部スク リーンを含む請求項1に記載の装置。 3.さらに該容器の頂部に取り付けられた移動可能なカバーを含む請求項2に記 載の装置。 4.さらに該カバーを介して位置する反応培地入口を含む請求項3に記載の装置 。 5.該バスケットの該側面がシリコーンチューブで形成されてなる請求項4に記 載の装置。 6.該インペラーが該培地を該バスケットから離すように下方に向く刃を首する 請求項5に記載の装置。 7.さらに該バスケット内に位置し、不織布スクリーン物 質で形成された第1表面および不織布物質で形成され、等高で、細胞が該キャリ アーに固定されている該第1表面上にある第2表面を有するキャリアーを備える 請求項6に記載の装置。 8.さらに該インペラーを回転するマグネット駆動手段を含む請求項7に記載の 装置。 9.基部が該バスケット内に伸び、該基部は該上スクリーンがグルーブに付着す る少なくとも1つのグルーブを含む請求項8に記載の装置。 10.該細胞がrCHO;C127;BHK;VERO;DA4.4;γ69B ;123A;127A;TN−368とSf−9からなる群より選ばれる請求項 9に記載の装置。 11.閉じられた底部および該閉じられた底部から伸びる側面壁を有する容器; 底部開口部を有する容器内に移し変えられるように位置する中空チューブ; 貫通孔を伴って頂部と底部とを有し、該中空チューブを囲んで該容器の側面壁 に伸びるバスケット;および 該中空チューブに付着され、該中空チューブに連結した入口開口部と出口開口 部を有する管状手段を含む撹拌機を含み、 ここで、流体が該容器の底部から該中空チューブを通り抜けて該容器の頂部に 流れ、該バスケットを通り抜けて該 容器の底部に戻ることを特徴とする細胞培養に使用する装置。 12.該バスケットが該バスケットの該頂部と底部を形成する上部および底部ス クリーンを含む請求項11に記載の装置。 13.さらに該カバーを介して位置する反応培地入口を含む請求項12に記載の 装置。 14.さらに該中空チューブの底に位置するスパーガー(sparger)を含む請求 項13に記載の装置。 15.さらに該バスケット内に位置し、不織布スクリーン物質で形成された第1 表面および不織布物質で形成され、等高で、細胞が該キャリアーに固定されてい る該第1表面上である第2表面を有するキャリアーを備える請求項14に記載の 装置。 16.該培養細胞がrCHO;C127;BHK;VERO;DA4.4;γ6 9B;123A;127A;TN−368とSf−9からなる群より選ばれる請 求項15に記載の装置。 17.キャリアーを容器内に位置するバスケット内に置き; 細胞を該キャリアーに固定するように該バスケットに加え;さらに 該培地が該バスケットを通り抜けて該容器の底部に流れるように、バスケット によって培地を循環することを特徴とする細胞を培養する方法。 18.さらに該培地を該容器に加える手段を提供するステップを含む請求項17 に記載の方法。 19.該バスケットを通り抜けて培地を循環するステップは該バスケットの下に インペラーを位置させることによって行う請求項18に記載の方法。 20.該バスケットを通り抜けて培地を循環するステップが該バスケット上に位 置する撹拌手段で行い、ここで該バスケットが中空チューブを含み、該撹拌手段 がチューブ状手段を含み、該チューブ状手段が該中空チューブに付着した入口と 出口を含み、 ここで、流体が該容器の底部から該中空チューブを通り抜けて該容器の頂部に 流れ、該バスケットを通り抜けて該容器の底部に戻る請求項19に記載の方法。
