Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 繊維で強化したプラスチック材料の内部ライニングおよび繊維で強化した プラスチック材料の外部ライニングを有し、内部ライニングと外部ライニングの 間にらせん状に巻いたストリップ鋼のコアが設けられ、そのストリップ鋼はプラ スチック・マトリックス中に埋め込まれ、内部ライニングと外部ライニングはフ ィラメント巻線であるパイプ。 2. フィラメント巻線が単一フィラメント繊維である、請求の範囲第1項に記 載のパイプ。 3. フィラメント巻線が多フィラメント束である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の パイプ。 4. フィラメント巻線の1つおきの層がパイプ軸線に関して種々の正の角度お よび種々の負の角度で配置される、請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか一項 に記載のパイプ。 5. フィラメント巻線の1つおきの層が相互に種々の正の角度および種々の負 の角度で配置される、請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか一項に記載のパイ プ。 6. フィラメント巻線がパイプ軸線に関して+55°および −55゜の角度で配置される、請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか一項に記 載のパイプ。 7. フィラメント巻線の角度が+5゜または−5°の誤差限界を有する、請求 の範囲第6項に記載のパイプ。 8. フィラメントを巻いた内部ライニングの内側に不浸透性ライニングを更に 含む、請求の範囲第1項から第7項のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 9. アルミニュウム、熱硬化性プラスチック物質およびシリコンゴムを含む群 から不浸透性ライニングを選択する、請求の範囲第8項に記載のパイプ。 10. フィラメントを巻いたライニング材料がガラス繊維と、アラミド繊維と 、炭素繊維とを含む群から少なくとも選択されたものである、請求の範囲第1項 から第9項のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 11. 内部フィラメント巻きライニングの厚さが最低2mmである、請求の範 囲第1項から第10項のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 12. 外部フィラメント巻きライニングの厚さが最低1mmである、請求の範 囲第1項から第11項のいずれか一項に記載 のパイプ。 13. らせん状に巻かれたストリップ鋼のコアが縁部に沿って接触するらせん 状に巻かれたストリップの複数の層を備える、請求の範囲第1項から第12項の いずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 14. らせん状に巻かれたストリップ鋼のコアが軸線方向および半径方向に重 なり合う少なくとも1つのストリップを含む、請求の範囲第1項から第12項の いずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 15. ストリップ鋼の巻きパターンが、任意の層における巻かれたストリップ の隣接する縁部の間の軸線方向間隙が、他の任意の層の軸線方向間隙とは、半径 方向で一致しないようにされている、請求の範囲第1項から第13項のいずれか 一項に記載のパイプ。 16. ストリップ鋼の巻線パターンを半径方向に繰り返す、請求の範囲第1項 から第13項のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 17. 連続するターンの隣接する縁部の間の間隙が最大5mmである、請求の 範囲第1項から第13項、第15項および第16項のいずれか一項に記載のパイ プ。 18. 連続するターンの隣接する縁部の間の間隙が1mmから3mmの範囲で ある、請求の範囲第1項から第13項および 第15項から第17項のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 19. プラスチック材料マトリックスはエポキシ樹脂である、請求の範囲第1 項から第18項のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 20. プラスチック材料樹脂が充填剤も含む、請求の範囲第1項から第19項 のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 21. コアのストリップ鋼の幅が50mmから250mmの範囲にある、請求 の範囲第1項から第20項のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 22. コアのストリップ鋼の厚さが0.12mmから1mmの範囲にある、請 求の範囲第1項から第21項のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 23. それの直径が約150mmから約1000mmの範囲にある、請求の範 囲第1項から第22項のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 24. パイプ内部での圧力上昇に応ずるライニングの歪み可能性が、鋼コアが それの最終的な歪みの大きな割合まで荷重をかけられた後でのみ、ライニングが 破損する、したがって、漏れ障害モードとなるようなものである、請求の範囲第 1項から第23項のいずれか一項に記載のパイプ。 25. ライニングの圧力歪み可能性が、コアがそれの降伏歪みを超えて荷重を かけられた後で所定の内部圧力において漏れ障害モードとなるようなものである 、請求の範囲第24項に記載のパイプ。 26. 心棒にパイプ軸線に対して所定の角度で繊維材料をフィラメント巻きす ることによって内部ライニングを形成する工程と、繊維層に対して樹脂マトリッ クスを施す工程と、前記繊維材料層の上にストリップ鋼をらせん状に巻く工程と 、前記ストリップ鋼に樹脂マトリックスを施す工程と、パイプの外部にパイプ軸 線に対して所定の角度で繊維材料をフィラメント巻きすることによって外部ライ ニングを形成する工程と、前記外部ライニングに対して樹脂マトリックスを施す 工程と、前記樹脂マトリックスを少なくとも部分的に硬化させ、前記パイプを前 記心棒から抜き出す工程とを備えるパイプを製造する方法。 27. 前記鋼コアは少なくとも3つの層を備える、請求の範囲第26項に記載 の方法。 28. 巻く前に前記繊維材料を樹脂浴に通すことによって前記内部ライニング と前記外部ライニングを形成する、請求の範囲第26項または第27項に記載の 方法。 29. 本文に詳記し、第1図、第2図および第3図に記載のパイプ。 30. 本文に詳記し、第1図、第2図および第3図に記載のパイプを製造する 方法。
