- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アンモニア性硫酸コバルト溶液からコバルト粉を製造する方法に於いて、硫 酸銀若しくは硝酸銀を、前記溶液に、還元すべきコバルトのkg当たり銀約0. 3g〜10gの可溶性銀対コバルトの割合となる量添加し、製造すべきコバルト 金属粉の凝集を防止するのに効果的な量の有機分散剤を添加し、そして前記溶液 を、2500〜5000KPaの水素圧下、撹拌しながら150〜250℃の範 囲内の温度で、硫酸コバルトをコバルト金属粉に還元するのに十分な時間加熱す ることを特徴とするコバルト粉の製造方法。 2.前記有機分散剤が、骨グルー、ポリアクリル酸及び骨グルーとポリアクリル 酸との混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項1に記載の製造方法。 3.前記有機分散剤が、骨グルーとポリアクリル酸との混合物である請求項1に 記載の製造方法。 4.硫酸銀若しくは硝酸銀の添加前に、前記溶液にアンモニアを、アンモニア対 コバルトのモル比が、約1.5対1〜3.0対1となる量添加する請求項3に記 載の製造方法。 5.硫酸銀若しくは硝酸銀の添加前に、前記溶液にアンモニアを、アンモニア対 コバルトのモル比が、約2.0対1となる量添加する請求項3に記載の製造方法 。 6.骨グルーとポリアクリル酸混合物を、溶液1リットル当たり該混合物が約0 .01リットルとなる割合で添加する請求項5に記載の製造方法。 7.骨グルーとポリアクリル酸との混合物を、コバルトの約2.5重量%までの 有効量添加する請求項5に記載の製造方法。 8.硫酸銀若しくは硝酸銀を、還元すべきコバルト1kg当たり、硫酸 銀約4gとなる有効量添加する請求項7に記載の製造方法。 9.アンモニア対コバルトのモル比が約1.5〜3.0対1のモル比となるよう に、アンモニアを、40〜80g/リットル濃度のコバルトを含有する硫酸コバ ルト溶液に添加し、硫酸銀を、コバルト1kg当たり銀約0.3g〜10gのコ バルトに対する硫酸銀の重量比で添加し、コバルト重量の約0.01〜2.5% の量の骨グルー及びポリアクリル酸混合物を添加し、該混合物を150℃〜25 0℃の範囲内の温度に加熱し、そして該混合物を、水素雰囲気中、コバルタス( cobaltous)のコバルトがコバルト金属粉に還元されるまで撹拌することを特徴 とするコバルト粉の製造方法。 10.前記溶液が、1リットル中コバルト約60〜80g含有し、アンモニア対 コバルトのモル比が約2.0対1である請求項8に記載の製造方法。 11.硫酸銀を、コバルト1kg当たり、銀約4gの銀対コバルト重量比となる 有効量添加する請求項9に記載の製造方法。 12.前記混合物を約180℃に加熱する請求項10に記載の製造方法 。13.アンモニア性硫酸コバルト溶液から超微細コバルト粉を製造する方法に 於いて、硫酸銀若しくは硝酸銀を、前記溶液に、コバルト粒子の形成の核を供す る有効量添加し、生成するコバルト金属粉の凝集を防止する有効量の有機分散剤 を添加し、前記溶液を、撹拌しながら、150〜250℃の範囲内の温度で、3 000〜4000KPaの水素圧下、硫酸コバルトを超微細コバルト金属粉に還 元する20分以下の誘導時間及び還元時間加熱することを特徴とするコバルト粉 の製造方法。 14.前記有機分散剤が、骨グルー、ポリアクリル酸及び骨グルーとポリアクリ ル酸との混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項13に記載の製造方法。 15.前記有機分散剤が、骨グルーとポリアクリル酸との混合物である請求項1 3に記載の製造方法。 16.前記溶液に、アンモニアを、アンモニア対コバルトのモル比約2.0対1 でpH約8.0〜10となる量添加する請求項15に記載の製造方法。 17.骨グルーとポリアクリル酸との混合物を、該混合物が溶液1リットル当た り約0.01リットルとなる割合で添加する請求項15に記載の製造方法。 18.骨グルーとポリアクリル酸との混合物を、コバルトの約2.2重量%まで となる有効量添加する請求項16に記載の製造方法。 19.硫酸銀として銀を、還元すべきコバルト1kg当たり硫酸銀約3となる有 効量添加する請求項18に記載の製造方法。 20.2.0M2/g以上の表面積を有する請求項16の方法によって得た超微 細球状コバルト粉。 21.コバルト濃度40〜80g/リットルで、可溶性銀0.01〜0.8g/ リットル含有する硫酸コバルト溶液を約25℃の温度で形成し、アンモニアを、 アンモニア対コバルトのモル比約2.0対1となる量添加し、骨グルーとポリア クリル酸との混合物を、コバルトの約0.01〜2.5重量%の量添加し、該混 合物を約180℃の温度に加熱し、該混合物を約3500KPaの水素雰囲気中 、超微細コバルト粉を生成するための20分以下の誘導時間及び還元時間撹拌す ることを特徴とするコバルト粉の製造方法。 22.前記溶液が、1リットル中コバルト約60〜80g含有する請求項21に 記載の製造方法。 23.硫酸銀若しくは硝酸銀を、コバルト1kg当たり銀0.3〜10の銀対コ バルト重量比となる有効量添加する請求項21に記載の製造方 法。 24.2.0M2/g以上の表面積を有する請求項23によって製造した超微細 球状コバルト粉。 25.超微細コバルト粉を、ダイヤモンドグリットの有効量と、マトリックス材 料として、コバルト粉約95重量%までの量で混合し、該混合物を、バイトを生 成するダイヤモンドグリットにコバルトを結合させる十分な時間750〜100 0℃の範囲内の温度内で焼結する工程を追加的に含む請求項21に記載の製造方 法。 26.請求項25の方法によって得たバイト。 27.拡大した粒子の大きさのコバルトを得るコバルト核形成化/デンシフィケ ーション(densification)サイクルの核形成化の種子として使用する請求項2 1の方法によって得た超微細コバルト粉。
