Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アルミニウムの純粋金属層または錫、鉛または珪素を含有するアルミニウム 合金より成る軸受金属層および、該軸受金属層の表面の浸漬析出物の上にだけ結 合している、滑り面に隣接する側の、電気メッキで得た錫層より成る滑り要素に おいて、錫層(4)が、亜鉛、銅、ニッケルおよび鉄を含む非常に薄いアルカリ 性のハロゲン不含の浸漬析出物層(3)を介して軸受金属層(2)に結合されて いることを特徴とする、上記滑り要素。 2.軸受金属層(2)が22.5%までの錫成分を含む錫含有アルミニウム合金 である請求項1の軸受要素。 3.軸受層(2)が20%までの鉛成分を含む鉛含有アルミニウム合金である請 求項1の軸受要素。 4.軸受層(2)が10%までの珪素成分を含む珪素含有アルミニウム合金であ る請求項1の軸受要素。 5.浸漬析出層が<1μmの厚さを有する請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の 滑り要素。 6.浸漬析出層が0.3μm以下の厚さを有する請求項5に記載の滑り要素。 7.錫層(4)が1μm〜5μmの厚さの腐食防止層として形成されている請求項 1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の滑り要素。 8.錫層(4)が5μm〜50μmの厚さの単層として形成されている請求項1〜 6のいずれか一つに記載の滑り要素。 9.軸受金属層を設けた予備成形済み滑り要素用粗材を、軸受金属層の表面の脱 脂処理、酸洗い処理および洗浄の後に、アルミニウム浸漬浴での相前後する処理 と電気錫メッキとの組合せに付す、請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の滑り要 素を製造する方法において、シアン化物を主成分とする亜鉛、ニッケル、銅およ び鉄の塩を含有する高アルカリ性浸漬浴を使用すること、その浸漬処理の後に滑 り要素用粗材を主として炭酸不含の水で洗浄することおよび 最初の錫メッキ段階において少なくとも20〜26℃の浴温度、1〜3アンペア ー/dm2の電流密度および少なくとも1分のメッキ時間を用いることを特徴と する、上記方法。 10.アルミニウム浸漬浴での処理を室温(少なくとも20℃)で15秒〜60 秒の間、実施する請求項9に記載の方法。 11.10〜20g/Lの亜鉛、5〜10g/Lのニッケル、1〜2g/Lの銅 および少量の鉄を含有するアルミニウム浸漬溶液を使用し、その各成分がシアン 化物を主成分とする塩の状態で結合している、請求項9または10に記載の方法 。 12.純粋のアルミニウム軸受層、錫含有アルミニウム軸受合金または珪素含有 アルミニウム軸受合金を処理する際に、少なくとも最初の錫メッキ段階に以下の 組成の錫メッキ浴でメッキを行い: 錫 18〜22 g/L 硫酸 180〜220g/L 湿潤剤 8〜12 g/Lおよび 結晶粒微細化剤 18〜22 g/L その際に純粋の錫陽極を使用する、請求項9〜11項の何れか一つに記載の方 法。 13.最初の錫メッキ段階において鉛含有アルミニウム軸受合金を処理する際に 、錫メッキを以下の組成の錫メッキ浴で実施し: 錫 15〜30 g/L メタンスルホン酸 120〜180g/L 湿潤剤 15〜25 g/L 結晶粒微細化剤 8〜12 g/L その際に純粋の錫陽極を使用する、請求項9〜11項の何れか一つに記載の方 法。 14.洗浄水が24〜26℃の温度を有している請求項9〜13のいずれか一つ に記載の方法。 15.滑り要素粗材を多段階前処理に付し、その際に硫酸/酸化クロムより成る 混酸浴に浸漬する請求項9〜14のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 16.混酸浴での浸漬処理の後に炭酸不含水で洗浄する請求項15に記載の方法 17.浸漬浴のpH値が12〜14である請求項9〜16のいずれか一つに記載 の方法。
