Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.硫黄成分を含む比較的低い温度で沸騰する第1部分と、硫黄成分を含む比 較的高い温度で沸騰する第2部分とを含有する、ガソリン沸騰範囲の硫黄含有分 解供給原料を品質向上する方法であって、 該分解供給原料の第1部分から第2部分へ硫黄成分を移送して第1中間生成物 を形成すること、 該中間生成物を分画して(i)ガソリン沸騰範囲の第1画分、及び(ii)第1 分画よりも高温で沸騰するガソリン沸騰範囲の第2画分を形成すること、ここで 第2画分は該分解供給原料の第2部分の硫黄成分及び該供給原料の第1部分から 移送された硫黄成分を含み、 水素添加脱硫触媒の存在下に高温、高圧の条件下で、水素を含む雰囲気中で第 2画分を水素添加脱硫して、脱硫された中間生成物を製造すること、 該脱硫された中間生成物を酸性官能性の触媒と接触させて、これを該脱硫され た第1中間生成物のガソリン沸騰範囲画分よりも高いオクタン価を有する、ガソ リン沸騰範囲で沸騰する画分を含んで成る第2生成物に転化すること を含んで成る前記の方法。 2.メルカプタンを含んで成る該分解供給原料の第1部分の硫黄成分が、メル カプタンを酸化してジスルフィドを形成することによって該分解供給原料の第1 部分から第2部分へ移送される、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.鉄族金属のキレートを含んで成る酸化触媒の存在下に空気で酸化すること によってメルカプタンがジスルフィドに酸化される、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.第2生成物を脱硫してメルカプタンの硫黄を除去し、そして脱硫された第 2生成物を第1画分とブレンドする工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 5.水素を使用しないメルカプタン抽出操作によって第2生成物を脱硫してメ ルカプタンの硫黄を除去する、請求項4に記載の方法。 6.第2生成物を水素添加脱硫してメルカプタンの硫黄を除去する、請求項4 に記載の方法。 7.中間生成物を150〜285゜Fの範囲のカットポイントにおいて分画し て第1画分及び第2画分を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。 8.中間生成物を170〜230゜Fの範囲のカットポイントにおいて分画し て第1画分及び第2画分を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。 9.第1画分と第2生成物とをブレンドして脱硫されたガソリン生成物を形成 する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 10.脱硫された中間生成物を酸性官能性の結晶質ゼオライト触媒と接触させ て、これを第2生成物へ転化する、請求項1に記載の方法。 11.酸性触媒がアルミノシリケート型の中間孔サイズのゼオライトから成る 、請求項1に記載の方法。 12.中間孔サイズのゼオライトがZSM−5の位相を有する、請求項11に 記載の方法。 13.中間孔サイズのゼオライトがMCM−22の位相を有する、請求項11 に記載の方法。 14.酸性触媒がゼオライトベータの位相を有するゼオライトである、請求項 1に記載の方法。 15.分解供給原料がC5〜215℃(420゜F)の範囲内の沸騰範囲を有 する全範囲ナフサ画分を含んで成る、請求項1に記載の方法。 16.前記分解供給原料が少なくとも約177℃(350°F)の95パーセ ント点を有するナフサ画分を含んで成る、請求項1に記載の方法。 17.前記分解供給原料が少なくとも約193℃(380゜F)の95パーセ ント点を有するナフサ画分を含んで成る、請求項1に記載の方法。 18.第2画分の水素添加脱硫が、約204〜426℃(400〜800゜F )の温度、約445〜10445kPa(50〜1500psig)の圧力、約 0.5〜10LHSV(全炭化水素供給原料を基準)の空間速度、及び約90〜 900n.1.1-1(全供給原料のバーレルあたり500〜5000標準立方フ ィートの水素)の水素対炭化水素比において実施される、請求項1に記載の方法 。
