Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガス分離膜を有し、その残留物側にガスが希薄された混合物(残留物)が 生じ、透過物側にガスが濃縮された混合物(透過物)が生じる分離装置を使用し て液体上に発生するガス混合物、特に炭化水素ガス混合物を分離するための方法 において、液体の補給の時に環境気体と接触して発生し、残留物側及び透過物側 の負圧により分離装置へ送られる被分離ガス混合物の時間当たりの容積量が補給 操作の時に補給される液体の時間当たりの容積量より大きく、生じる透過物の時 間当たりの容積量が補給操作の時に補給される液体の時間当たりの容積量に等し いことを特徴とする方法。 2.残留物が被分離ガス混合物に比して減圧されていることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の方法。 3.補給操作のために液体を抽出した液体貯蔵物に透過物を再び返送すること を特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1つ又は両方に記載の方法。 4.残留物を環境へ放出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1 項又は数項に記載の方法。 5.分離装置に進入する前の被分離ガス混合物の吸込圧力を所定の値に調整す ることができることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項又は数項に記 載の方法。 6.ガス分離膜を有し、その残留物側にガスが希薄された混合物(残留物)が 生じ、透過物側にガスが濃縮された混合物(透過物)が生じる分離装置を使用し て液体上に発生するガス混合物、特に炭化水素ガス混合物を分離する、請求項1 ないし5のいずれか1項又は数項に記載の方法の実施のための装置において、分 離装置(13)の残留物側(14)と透過物側(15)のいずれににも夫々1個 の負圧発生のためのポンプ装置(16、17)が配設され、液体(11)の補給 操作の時に環境気体(18)と接触して発生し、分離装置(13)へ送られる被 分離ガス混合物(12)の時間当たりの容積量が補給操作の時に補給される液体 (11)の時間当たりの容積量より大きく、生じた透過物(15)の時間当たり の容積量が補給操作の時に補給された液体(11)の時間当たりの容積量に等し いように上記ポンプ装置を調整することができることを特徴とする装置。 7.補給場所(30)から分離装置(13)に至るガス混合物(12)の送給 管(19)に制御弁(21)を配設したことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置 。 8.透過物(15)のためのポンプ装置(17)の出口側を液体容器(22) と連結したことを特徴とする請求項6又は7のいずれか1つ又は両方に記載の装 置。 9.ポンプ装置(16)を退出する残留物(14)を環境(18)へ放出する ことができることを特徴とする請求項6ないし8のいずれか1項又は数項に記載 の装置。 10.残留物(14)のためのポンプ装置(16)が液体容器(22)の空気 抜き室(23)と連結されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。 11.分離装置(13)へ送られる被分離ガス混合物(12)の吸込圧力を制 御弁(21)により調整することができ ることを特徴とする請求項6ないし10のいずれか1項又は数項に記載の装置。
