Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は、電力量計に使用する端子ボツクスパツキ
ンに関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
第６図は電力量計の端子ボツクス、端子ボツクスパツ
キン、ベースを組み込んだ状態を示しており、図におい
て、１は電力量計内部素子を装着するベース、２は外部
導線を接続するための端子を収納する端子ボツクス、３
はベースと端子ボツクスの気密を保ち、外部から水の侵
入を阻止するための端子ボツクスパツキンである。
第７図はベースの下面図であり、1aはベース１に設け
られた抜き窓で、これは斜線部分で示すベースの曲がり
部分1bにかかつている。なお、第４図、第５図はそれぞ
れ従来のパツキンの正面図及び下面図である。
〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕
従来の端子ボツクスパツキン３は、端子ボツクス２に
接圧する面が平らであつたため、端子ボツクス２をベー
ス１に押しつけて取付けた時、端子ボツクスパツキン３
に加えられた荷重がベース１左右の曲がり部分の面に対
し有効に荷重を伝達出来ず、曲がり部分1bに開いている
ベースの抜き窓1aよりベース内部に水が侵入するとい
う、パツキン効果の不良があつた。
この考案は、上記のような問題点を解消するためにな
されたもので、端子ボツクス２をベース１に押しつける
力をベース１左右の曲がり部分1bの面に対して有効に働
かせ、曲がり部分1bに開いているベースの抜き窓1aから
ベース内部に水が侵入しない、良好なパツキン効果のあ
るパツキンを得ることを目的とする。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
この考案に係る端子ボツクスパツキンは、端子ボツク
スと接圧する面の左右両端に突起を設けたものである。
〔作用〕
この考案における左右の突起は、端子ボツクスパツキ
ンを端子ボツクスに組み込み、端子ボツクスをベースに
押しつけて固定する時、端子ボツクスパツキンの突起の
ある面が端子ボツクスの押しつけ力によつて端子ボツク
スの端子ボツクスパツキン接圧面に対して平行となるよ
うに変形し、端子ボツクスパツキン両端のベース曲がり
部分と接圧するコーナーＲが、ベース曲がり部分を押す
方向に回転する。つまり、端子ボツクスをベースへ押し
つける荷重が、ベースの両端の曲がり部分の面に対して
も有効に押し付ける力に変換されることとなり、ベース
両端の曲がり部分に抜き穴があつても、良好なパツキン
効果を得ることが出来、ベース内部への水の侵入を防ぐ
ことが出来る。
〔実施例〕
以下、この考案の一実施例を図について説明する。第
１図は端子ボツクスパツキンの正面図、第２図は端子ボ
ツクスパツキンの下面図であり、図示の如く、パツキン
３の端子ボツクス２と接する面の両端に突起3aが設けら
れている。第３図において、１はベース、２は端子ボツ
クス、３は端子ボツクスパツキンである。
第３図において、２点鎖線で示した端子ボツクスパツ
キン３は、ベースの曲がり部分1bがなかつた場合、端子
ボツクス２をベース１に押しつけ時に、端子ボツクスパ
ツキン３が変形する形状を示している。しかるに実際に
は、突起3aが端子ボツクス２で押され、ベース１の曲が
り部分1aがあるため、端子ボツクスパツキン３は、ベー
ス１を超えては変形できず、その分だけ、ベース曲がり
部分1bを端子ボツクスパツキン３が押すこととなり、端
子ボツクス２を押しつける力をベース両端の曲がり部分
1bの面に対して有効に働かせることができ、ベースの曲
がり部分1bにベースの抜き窓1aがあつても、良好なパツ
キン効果を得ることが出来る。
〔考案の効果〕
以上のようにこの考案によれば、端子ボツクスパツキ
ンの両端に突起を持たせたため、ベースの左右両端の曲
がり部分にベースの抜き穴があつても良好なパツキン効
果が得られる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図はこの考案の一実施例による端子ボツクスパツキ
ン正面図、第２図はその下面図、第３図はこの考案の端
子ボツクスパツキンを組み込んだ時に作用する力を説明
するための動作説明図、第４図は従来の端子ボツクスパ
ツキンの正面図、第５図は従来の端子ボツクスパツキン
の下面図、第６図は端子ボツクスに端子ボツクスパツキ
ンをベースに組み込んだ組立図、第７図は端子ボツクス
挿入用の抜き穴がベース左右両端の曲がり部分にかかつ
ているベースの下面図である。 図中、１はベース、1aは抜き穴、1bは曲がり部分、２は
端子ボツクス、３は端子ボツクスパツキン、3aは突起で
ある。 なお、図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

  1. 【請求項１】ベースの左右両端の曲がり部分に、端子ボ
    ツクス挿入用抜き穴がかかつている電力量計において、
    一面の両端が上記ベースに沿つて湾曲し、他面が端子ボ
    ツクスにより圧接されるパツキンの上記端子ボツクスに
    接する面の両端に突起を形成したことを特徴とする電力
    量計の端子ボツクスパツキン。
