Claims (7)
- 1.チタンまたはチタン合金製の2つの軸受部品を有し、共働する滑り面の一方 がクロムめっきされており、他方がニッケルとフルオロカーボンポリマーとを被 覆されている滑り接触軸受。
- 2.前記ニッケル被覆が無電解めっき法によって施されている請求項1記載の軸 受。
- 3.前記フルオロカーボンが前記ニッケルめっき層の微小孔内に浸透している請 求項1または2記載の軸受。
- 4.前記被覆は硬さが750〜1000HVである請求項1から5のまでのいず れか1項に記載の軸受。
- 5.上記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の2つの軸受部品を有する航空機着陸装置 用トラニオン軸受であって、軸受部品の一方はリング状アウターレースであり、 他方は上記アウターレース内に配置されたリング状インナー部であり、両者の共 働する滑り面が一つの球面上に形成されている軸受。
- 6.前記アウターレースの滑り面はクロムめっきされており、前記インナーレー スの滑り面はニッケルとフルオロカーボンポリマーを被覆されている請求項5記 載の軸受。
- 7.添付図面を参照して本明細書中で実質的に説明された軸受。
