Claims (6)
- 第1の材料からなる軸受ハウジングと、前記軸受ハウジング内に保持される第2の材料からなるボールと、を備え、前記軸受ハウジングと前記ボールとの間の界面が二つの軸受表面を包含している金属系球面軸受であって、前記第1の材料及び前記第2の材料の一方は、前記軸受表面の一方を提供するために窒化チタンのコーティングが付着した外表面および表面近傍に窒素を拡散した拡散領域を有するチタン合金であることを特徴とする金属系球面軸受。
- 前記第1の材料及び前記第2の材料の他方は、銅合金であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受。
- 前記第1の材料及び前記第2の材料の他方は、前記軸受表面に窒化チタンのコーティングを有するチタン合金であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受。
- 前記コーティングは、物理蒸着法プロセスにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の軸受。
- 前記拡散及び物理蒸着法プロセスは、真空下において700℃で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の軸受。
- 第1の材料からなる軸受ハウジングと、第2の材料からなるボールと、を備え、前記第1の材料及び前記第2の材料の一方はチタン合金である金属系球面軸受の製造方法であって、
前記チタン合金の外表面および表面近傍に窒素を拡散した拡散領域を生成することと、
物理蒸着法プロセスにより前記拡散領域にコーティングを付着させて軸受表面を形成することと、を含むことを特徴とする金属系球面軸受の製造方法。
