Claims (16)
- 1.変性されたスクロース濃法度を有する植物を得るためのソラヌムツベロスム からのスクロースリン酸シンクーゼ(SPS)のためのコーディング領域を有す るDNA配列において、前記配列が以下のヌクレオチド配列(Seq.IDNo .1): 【配列があります】【配列があります】を有することを特徴とする、ソラヌムツ ベロスムからのスクロースリン酸シンターゼ(SPS)のためのコーディング領 域を有するDNA配列。
- 2.変性されたスクロース濃度を有する植物を得るためのソラヌムツベロスムか らのスクロースリン酸シンターゼ(SPS)のためのコーディング領域を有する DNA配列において、前記配列が以下のヌクレオチド配列(Seq.IDNo. 2): 【配列があります】【配列があります】【配列があります】を有することを特徴 とする、ソラヌムツベロスムからのスクロースリン酸シンクーゼ(SPS)のた めのコーディング領域を有するDNA配列。
- 3.変性されたスクロース濃度を有する植物を得るためのソラヌムツベロスムか らのスクロースリン酸シンターゼ(SPS)のためのコーディング領域を有する DNA配列において、前記配列が以下のヌクレオチド配列(Seq.IDNo. 3): 【配列があります】【配列があります】を有することを特徴とする、ソラヌムツ ベロスムからのスクロースリン酸シンクーゼ(SPS)のためのコーディング領 域を有するDNA配列。
- 4.請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のDNA配列の誘導体において、 前記誘導体が単一塩基の交換または塩基配列の欠如または挿入によって得られ、 かつ該誘導体がスクロースリン酸シンターゼに対する比較可能な活性を有する蛋 白質のためにコードすることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項 に記載のDNA配列の誘導体。
- 5.プラスミドにおいて、 a)コーディング配列が適当な時点および/または形質転換した植物または形質 転換した植物の特定された組織中の特定された発育段階で読み取られることを保 証する適当なプロモーター、 b)i)翻訳可能なRNAの形成が蛋白質は酵素活性を示す蛋白質中で植物中の スクロース濃度の変性を生じるようにするプロモーターと結び付けられているか または ii)スクロース生合成に関与する植物中の固有遺伝子のコーディング蛋白質の 形成を抑圧するいわゆる“アンチセンス”RNAの形成を生じ、非コーディング 鎖が読み取られるようにプロモーターと結び付けられている 少なくとも1つのコーディング配列、 c)転写物の終結およびポリアデニル化のための信号を有する非コーディング終 結配列 を有することを特徴とする、プラスミド。
- 6.プラスミドが、p35S−アンチーボットーSPS(DSM7125)であ る、プラスミド。
- 7.プラスミドが、pB33−アンチーボットーSPS(DSM7124)であ る、プラスミド。
- 8.変更されたスクロース濃度を有する植物を製造するための方法において、請 求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載された配列を使用することを特徴とする 、変更されたスクロース濃度を有する植物の製造法。
- 9.変更されたスクロース濃度を有する植物を製造するための方法において、請 求項5から7までのいずれか1項に記載されたプラスミドを使用することを特徴 とする、変更されたスクロース濃度を有する植物の製造法。
- 10.SPS蛋白質のための減少されたmRNAおよび減少された酵素活性を有 する植物を製造するための方法において、プラスミドp35−アンチーボットー SPSを使用することを特徴とする、SPS蛋白質のための減少されたmRNA および減少された酵素活性を有する植物の製造法。
- 11.特に塊茎中で、SPS蛋白質のための減少されたmRNAおよび減少され た酵素活性を有する植物を製造するための方法において、プラスミドp35−ア ンチーボットーSPSを使用することを特徴とする、SPS蛋白質のための減少 されたmRNAおよび減少された酵素活性を有する植物の製造法。
- 12.意図されたかまたは意図されていない突然変異誘発による誘導体を製造す るための方法において、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のDNA配列 を使用することを特徴とする、意図されたかまたは意図されていない突然変異誘 発による誘導体の製造法。
- 13.誘導体の遺伝子生成物がホスホリル化反応の間に植物自体の活性調節を必 要としない誘導体を製造するための方法において、請求項1から3までのいずれ か1項に記載のDNA配列を使用することを特徴とする、誘導体の製造法。
- 14.誘導体の遺伝子生成物がホスホリル化反応の間に植物自体の活性調節によ って中和されない、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のDNA配列を使 用することを特徴とする、誘導体の製造法。
- 15.形質転換した植物において、形質転換した植物の糖代謝が、請求項1から 3までのいずれか1項に記載のDNA配列の1つまたは複数の導入によって変性 されることを特徴とする、形質転換した植物。
- 16.植物がジャガイモである、請求項15に記載の植物。
