Claims (9)
- 1.内燃機関により駆動され電気的出力を可変負荷へ供給する発電機の出力電圧 を制御する電圧制御器であって; 前記発電機は、スイッチング手段と直列に接続されて前記発電機の出力電流の一 部が貫流する界磁巻線を有し; 前記スイッチング手段は、前記発電機の負荷に拘わらず、突質的に一定の発電機 の出力電圧が得られるようにスイッチングされるものにおいて:界磁電流のデュ ーティファクタ(T)を険出して、前記界磁電流のデューティファクタが設定可 能な第1の値を越えている場合に第1の状態をとり、前記界磁電流のデューティ ファクタ(T)が設定可能な第2の値より低い場合に第2の状態をとる信号(S 1)を出力する回路(24)が、前記電圧制御器(12)内に設けられているこ とを特徴とする、発電機の出力電圧を制御する電圧制御器。
- 2.前記回路(24)は少なくとも1つの積分器(28)を備え、その出力信号 が後段に接続されたスイッチング段(29)のスイッチング状態を制御すること を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電圧制御器。
- 3.前記積分器(28)の前段にさらにパルス成形段(27)が配置されている ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電圧制御器。
- 4.前記スイッチング段(29)の出力信号は増幅されることを特徴とする、請 求項2又は3に記載の電圧制御器。
- 5.前記回路(24)は前記電圧制御器(12)に内蔵されており、信号(S1 )が端子(DA)を介して前記電圧制御器(12)から取り出し可能であること を特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電圧制御器。
- 6.取り出された信号(S1)は内燃機関の制御装置(25)へ供給されて、該 制御装置によって内燃機関の回転数(n)、特にアイドリング回転数の制御に使 用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電圧制御器。
- 7.前記回路(24)は内燃機関の回転数が設定可能な値より低い場合にのみ作 動し、その場合に回転数の高さは前記制御装置(25)によって求められて、前 記回路(24)に対応する駆動パルスが出力されることを特徴とする、請求項1 〜6のいずれかに記載の電圧制御器。
- 8.前記しきい値段として調節可能な切り替えヒステリシスを有するシュミット ートリガーが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電 圧制御器。
- 9.前記シュミットートリガーの切り替えしきい値は、界磁電流のデューティフ ァクタ(T)に応じて調節され、上方のしきい値はT=95%の領域に、下方の しきい値はT=75%の領域にあることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電圧制 御器。
