Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも約20ジオプトリー能を有する弾性で変形可能なシリコーン系の 光学体であって、該光学体は外周を有し、約3.2ミリメーター以下の長さの強 膜トンネル切開部を通って眼内に眼内レンズを通すことができるように、光学体 が正常な光学的状態から変形した挿入状態へ弾性的に変形できる光学体;および 光学体を眼内に保持するために光学体に結合した固定手段を有して成り、 該光学体は、眼中に移植したとき正常な光学的状態にあり、眼内レンズに作用す る眼からの力に由来する光学的歪みが実質的にない様に充分に硬質であり、該光 学体は、眼内に移植したとき光学体の外周と光の相互作用に由来するまぶしい光 を実質的に防止するために充分な寸法を有している眼中移植用眼内レンズ。 2.光学体が約4.4平方ミリメーター以下の大きさの最大断面積を有する請求 項1記載の眼内レンズ。 3.光学体が少なくとも約1.445の屈折率を有する請求項1記載の眼内レン ズ。 4.光学体が少なくとも約200パーセントの伸びを有する請求項1記載の眼内 レンズ。 5.光学体が光軸を有し、該軸に沿った光学体の厚さ約0.736ミリメーター 以上である請求項1記載の眼内レンズ。 6.光学体が光軸、中央光学ゾーンおよび光学ゾーンを囲む外周ゾーンを有し、 軸方向の外周ゾーンの厚さが約0.305ミリメーター以上である請求項1記載 の眼内レンズ。 7.光学体は約4.4平方ミリメーター以下の最大断面積および少なくとも約1 .46の屈折率を有する請求項1記載の眼内レンズ。 8.約4.4平方ミリメーター以下の最大断面積を有する弾性で変形可能なシリ コーン系の光学体であり、約3.2ミリメーター以下の長さの強膜トンネル切開 部を通って眼内に眼内レンズを通すことができるように光学体が正常な光学的状 態から変形した挿入状態へ弾性的に変形できる光学体;および光学体を眼内に保 持するために光学体に結合した固定手段を有して成り、 該光学体は、眼中に移植したとき正常な光学的条件にあり、眼内レンズに作用す る眼からの力に由来する光学的歪みが実質的にない様に充分に硬質であり、該光 学体は、眼内に移植したとき光学体の外周と光の相互作用に由来するまぶしい光 を実質的に防止するように充分な寸法である眼中移植用眼内レンズ。 9.光学体が少なくとも約1.445の屈折率を有する請求項8記載の眼内レン ズ。 10.光学体が少なくとも約260パーセントの伸びを有する請求項8記載の眼 内レンズ。 11.光学体がほぼ円形であり、少なくとも約6ミリメーターの直径を有する請 求項8記載の眼内レンズ。 12.ほぼ直径方向に向かい合った位置で光学体に結合した、第一および第二の ほぼC形状の弾性固定部材が固定手段に含まれる請求項8記載の眼内レンズ。 13.約4.4平方ミリメーター以下の大きさの最大断面積、少なくとも約1. 445の屈折率、約12〜約24の範囲のジオプトリー能および少なくとも約5 ミリメーターの直径を有するほぼ円形の弾力性があり変形可能なシリコーン系の 光学体であり、 前面および後面を有しており、少なくとも一つの該面は凸型である光学体;およ び 光学体を眼内に保持するための固定手段を有する眼中移植用眼内レンズ。 14.光学体は少なくとも約200パーセントの伸びを有する請求項13記載の 眼内レンズ。 15.少なくとも約200パーセントの伸び、約4.4平方ミリメーター以下の 大きさの最大断面積、少なくとも約1.445の屈折率、約12〜約24の範囲 のジオプトリー能および少なくとも約5ミリメーターの直径を有するほぼ円形で 弾性があり、変形できる光学体であり、前面および後面を有し、前記面は凸型で ある光学体;および光学体を眼中に保持するための固定手段を有する眼中移植用 眼内レンズ。 16.光学体は少なくとも約20dのジオプトリー能を有する請求項15記載の 眼内レンズ。 17.眼中移植用眼内レンズのセットであって、該眼内レンズのセットは第一、 第二、第三および第四眼内レンズであり、第一、第二、第三および第四眼内レン ズのそれぞれは、眼内レンズを約3.2ミリメーター以下の長さの強膜トンネル 切開部を通って眼内に通すことができるように光学体が変形可能である様な形状 である弾性があり変形可能なシリコーン系の光学体、および光学体を眼中に保持 するための固定手段を有して成り、前記光学体のそれぞれは外周を有し、眼中に 移植した場合に眼内レンズに作用する眼からの力に由来する光学的歪みが実質的 にない様に充分に硬質であり、かつ前記光学体のそれぞれは移植した場合に光学 体の外周上での光の相互作用に由来するまぶしい光を実質的に防止するに充分な 寸法である第一、第二、第三および第四眼内レンズ を有して成り、 前記第一、第二、第三および第四眼内レンズの前記光学体はそれぞれ約12〜約 14.5、約15〜約18.5、約19〜約21.5、および約22〜24の範 囲のジオプトリー能を有する眼内レンズのセット。 18.光学体のそれぞれは約4.4平方ミリメーター以下の大きさの最大断面積 を有する請求項17記載の眼内レンズのセット。 19.光字体のそれぞれは少なくとも約1.46の屈折率を有する請求項18記 載の眼内レンズのセット。 20.光学体が少なくとも約260パーセントの伸びを有する請求項19記載の 眼内レンズのセット。 _ワ 21.光学体のそれぞれは光軸、中央光学ゾーンおよび光学ゾーンを囲む外周ゾ ーンを有し、軸方向の外周ゾーンの厚さは約0.305ミリメーター以上である 請求項19記載の眼内レンズのセット。 22.第一、第二、第三および第四眼内レンズの光学体はそれぞれ約0.457 ミリメーター以上、約0.381ミリメーター以上、約0.381ミリメーター 以上および約0.381ミリメーター以上の外周ゾーンの厚さと、それぞれ少な くとも約5.5ミリメーター、少なくとも約5.5ミリメーター、少なくとも約 5.25ミリメーターおよび少なくとも約5ミリメーターの直径を持つほぼ円形 の光学ゾーンを有する請求項21記載の眼内レンズのセット。
