Claims (9)
- 1.超臨界高サイド圧力で操作される回路に直列に接続された、コンプレッサ( 1)と、熱交換器(2)と、膨張手段(3)と、そして蒸発器(4)とからなる 蒸気圧縮循環装置における、高サイド圧力の制御装置において、前記コンプレッ サと膨張手段の間で、冷媒が入るのを許容するように回路に接続され回路と連通 状態にある室(7,14,17)を有する少なくとも1個の可変容積要素(5) と、 前記室の少なくとも一方側を特定する移動可能な隔壁手段であって、室内の冷媒 の第1容積と第2容積とをそれぞれ特定する、第1位置と第2位置との間を移動 可能な隔壁手段と、 前記隔壁手段を第1位置と第2位置との間で移動させるための移動手段であって 、それによって前記室内の冷媒容積を変更または制御する移動手段とからなると ころの高サイド圧力の制御装置。
- 2.上記可変容積要素(5)には中空部が形成され、隔壁が、内側を分けて第1 室(7)と第2室(8)とを形成するように、内面にその周囲で接触して移動可 能な柔軟な膜(6)であって、前記第1室と第2室とが不運通で隔壁の位置によ って決定される相対的な容積を有し、そして、前記第2室(8)には加圧手段が 連絡していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 3.上記可変容積要素(5)が、中空部を形成するシリンダ(10)と、このシ リンダ内に密接に嵌合し、その内側を移動可能で、隔壁手段(11)を形成する ピストン(8)とからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 4.上記室(17)が移動可能な隔壁手段のみによって完全に形成されているこ とを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 5.上記移動可能な隔壁手段が柔軟なホースであることを特徴とする請求項4記 載の装置。
- 6.上記移動可能な隔壁手段がベローズ装置であることを特徴とする請求項4記 載の装置。
- 7.上記移動手段が隔壁手段と連絡している流体圧力手段または空気圧力手段で あることを特徴とする請求項2,3または4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 8.上記隔壁が連続的に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいず れか1項に記載の装置。
- 9.冷媒を継続して、コンプレッサから熱交換器を経て膨張手段に運ぶ流れ回路 の高サイドで、超臨界圧力で操作する蒸気圧縮循環装置における高サイド圧力を 変更して行う制御方法において、 超臨界高サイド圧力が、コンプレッサと膨張手段との間で流れ回路に接続された 1個または数個の可変容積要素によって、流れ回路の高サイドの全内部容積が制 御された変化を受けて調節されるとともに、前記可変容積要素が流れ回路と連通 する室を有するところの制御方法。
