Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.生物学的な空気清浄化および空気濾過装置であって、該装置が電源(23) を備えると共に、目の粗いフィルタ(1)と、該電源(13)の異なる各端子に 接続される少なくとも1対の電極(6,7)を備えて構成された電離器(イオン 化器)(5)と、目の細かいフィルタ(10)とを具備しており、これらが気体 流の流路に沿って連続して設けられた装置において、前記目の粗いフィルタ(1 )として用いられる静電気式の集塵器が、前記気体流の流路を横切り互いに隣接 して配置されるように並べられた少なくとも3つのプレート(3,2,4)を備 えており、これらの内の最も外側のプレート(2,3)が、気体透過性且つ導電 性の材料で作られ、前記電源の異なる各端子と電気的に接続される一方、これら の間に位置決めされる中央プレート(4)が多孔性のエレクトレット材料で作ら れている、ことを特徴とする生物学的な空気清浄化および空気濾過装置。 2.前記電離器(5)が、前記気体流の流路に沿って配置されるよう並べられる 針状に形成された放電用電極(7)と、前記針状の電極と同一軸上に配置される よう並べられる基本的には中空円筒状に形成される非放電用の電極(6)とを備 えており、前記電離器に最も近い導電性のプレート(3)が、前記円筒状の電極 (6)の端部面上で境を構成し、これにより導電性プレート(3)が前記電極( 6)と完全にオーバーラップすることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の 装置。 3.前記気体透過性且つ導電性の材料として濾過に用いられるものが、少なくと も85%の有孔率をもち、且つ0.3乃至5mmの孔直径をもつセルラー金属で あることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 4.前記多孔質のエレクトレット材料として用いられるものが、少なくとも85 %の有孔率をもち、且つ0.3乃至5mmの孔直径をもつ発泡ポリウレタンであ ることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の装置。 5.前記目の細かいフィルタ(10)が、前記目の粗いフィルタ(1)と同様な 形を有していることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項又は第2項又は第3項に記 載の装置。 6.前記目の細かいフィルタ(10)のプレート(13′,14′,15′)が 、前記気体流の方向と平行に配置されるよう並べられていることを特徴とする、 請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 7.前記目の細かいフィルタ(10)の導電性のプレート(14′,15′)が 、孔(16)とともに孔開けされて作られていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲 第6項に記載の装置。 8.前記目の細かいフィルタ(10′′)における導電性のプレート(13′′ ,14′′,15′′)が円筒状に形成され、同一軸上に配置されるよう並べら れることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第6項に記載の装置。 9.前記装置が、前記第1の電離器(5)とシリーズに且つ該電離器(5)と同 様に配置されるよう並べられた更なる電離器(17)を具備しており、これら各 電離器の各放電用の電極(7,19)が前記電源の異なる各端子に接続されてい ることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 10.前記第1の電離器及び更なる電離器(17,5)における円筒形の各非放 電用の電極(18,21)が、互いに異なる内径を有して作られていることを特 徴とする、請求の範囲第8項に記載の装置。 11.前記電離器が複数の電極対で形成されており、前記全ての非放電用の電極 (25)が、六面体のプリズム状に形成されて、前記気体流の方向に沿って密接 に並べられ且つ方向合わせされており、これらがその側面で互いと境を形成する ようにされることにより、蜂の巣状の構造に形成される一方、前記放電用の各電 極が針状の形をもち、前記プリズム状の電極における軸ラインに沿って配置され るよう並べられており、これと共に前記電離器に最も近い目の粗いフィルタにお ける導電性のプレート(3′)が、前記全てのプリズム状の電極(25)の端部 面上で境界を構成することにより、該プレートが各電極と十分にオーバーラップ することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。
