ートベルト４のショルダーベルト５の根端部を上下調節
可能に取付けて、該シート１の前後スライドに該ショル
ダーベルト５の根端部取付け位置を同伴させる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は自動車等の車両のシートベルトの取付構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来は図３に示ように背もたれ部(2) と座部(3) とからなるスライド式シート (1) のシートベルト(4) はショルダーベルト(5) とウエストベルト(6) とによっ て構成され、該ショルダーベルト(5) は車体側部のピラー(8) の引出し具(9) か ら引出され、該ウエストベルト(6) はシート(1) の座部(3) の側部から引出され 、該ショルダーベルト(5) とウエストベルト(6) との先端部は、ベルト固定具(7 ) において合一せしめられている。そして該ショルダーベルト(5) の引出し具(9 ) をピラー(8) に対して上下摺動可能に取付けた構成が提供されている（実開平 ２−３９９４７号）。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記従来構成ではシート(1) を前後にスライドさせた場合、シー トベルト(4) のショルダーベルト(5) の引出し位置は固定されているから、ベル ト引出し位置が上下調節可能であっても、シート(1) のスライド位置に応じて適 正な位置に調節することが出来ず、シートベルトの使用感が良くない場合がある 。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、スライド式シート(1) の背もたれ部(2) 側部にシートベルト(4) のショルダーベルト(5) の根端部を上 下摺動可能に取付けたシートベルト(4) の取付構造を提供するものである。

【作用】
本考案ではシートベルト(4) のショルダーベルト(5) の根端部はシート(1) の 背もたれ部(2) 側部に取付けられているから、シート(1) の前後スライドに同調 して移動する。そしてショルダーベルト(5) の根端部は上下摺動させて位置調節 が出来る。

【実施例】
本考案を図１および図２に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、シート(1) は背 もたれ部(2) と座部(3) とからなり、該シート(1) は基台(10)上に敷設されてい るレール(11)に沿って前後スライド可能に設置されている。 該シート(1) のシートベルト(4) のショルダーベルト(5) は該背もたれ部(2) 側部に取付けられている位置調節装置(12)にその根端部を接続され、ウエストベ ルト(6) は座部(3) の引出し口(3A)から引出される。
【０００７】 図２に示すように該位置調節装置(12)はシート(1) の背もたれ部(2) のフレー ム(2A)側部に取付けられている基盤(13)と、該基盤(13)上に取付けられ係合孔(1 4A) が所定位置に設けられているガイド板(14)と、該ガイド板(14)にスライド可 能に取付けられているスライダー(15)とからなり、該スライダー(15)にはショル ダーベルト(5) の端末金具(5A)がカバー(16)を介してボルト(17)によって接続さ れている。
【０００８】 上記カバー(16)にはボタン(18)が取付けられ、該ボタン(18)を押すと該スライ ダー(15)に設けられている図示しない係合爪が該ガイド板(14)の係合孔(14A) か ら離脱して該スライダー(15)が上下スライド可能になり、ショルダーベルト(5) の根端部の位置が上下調節が出来るようになっている。
【０００９】 上記構成ではシート(1) を前後スライドさせれば、該シート(1) の背もたれ部 (2) 側部に取付けられている位置調節装置(12)もそれに同伴し、シート(1) の前 後スライド位置に関わらずショルダーベルト(5) の根端部の上下位置調節が可能 となる。

【考案の効果】
したがって本考案ではシートの前後スライド位置に関わらず、シートベルトを 使用者の体型に合わせて適正位置にすることが出来る。
