(57)【要約】 【目 的】この考案は、爪受け台を長くして、摺動面を
増すことにより、長爪を使用しても、こじれることなく
容易に駆動し、耐久性に富んだエアー駆動式ワークチャ
ックに関するものである。 【構 成】爪受け台（１）を複数で交差させて、チャッ
ク本体（２）とフロントカバーとでガタのない程度に挟
み込む、ローラー（４）ローラー軸（６）スライド軸
（５）と連結し駆動源となるピストンを設ける。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
この考案は 従来のワークチャックでは不具合の長爪対応のエアー駆動 式 ワークチャックに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のワークチャックは爪受け台の長さがチャック直径の半分もなく、 片持ち構造の為、摩耗が早く、精度低下の原因となり、又不適当な長爪 を付けてワークを掴む場合に爪が動かなくなり、重大な問題となった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題点】
本案は その欠点を除いて長寿命、高精度でしかも長爪使用に対応でき るワークチャックを開発しようとするものである

【課題を解決するための手段】
今 その解決手段を図面に追いながら説明すれば （イ）爪受け台（１）の長さをチャック本体（２）の直径とほほ同じ長 さに設定する。 （ロ）爪受け台（１）の中央交差部に溝を設け３個又は４個の爪受け台 （１）が交差できるようにする。 （ハ）爪受け台（１）を駆動させる為のカム機構を設ける。

【作 用】
本案は、以上のような構造であるから、これを使用するときは爪受け台 （１）の全長と同等の長い爪を取りつけても、スムースに動き長時間使 用も可能である。

【実施例】 なお、本考案の実施に当つて次の如きことができる。 （イ）爪受け台（１）は、爪取り付け部の反対側に錘りを取りつけて、 回転型ワークチャックの遠心力による把握力の低下の防止もできる。

【考案の効果】
従つて爪受け台（１）の駆動にこじれがなく、長い爪を付けてワークを 掴む場合でも精度良く、長寿命に使用できる。
