は市販されているものを使用できる。醗酵工程は通常の
醗酵条件でよい。夏場の気温の高いときには外気温下で
約1週間程度で醗酵が終了する。冬季等の気温が低いと
きには1カ月程の期間を要するが、適宜加温して醗酵を
促進させてもよい。この3種菌により、5糖類を主とす
る糖分はブドウ糖、果糖の単糖類に分解され、また蛋白
質からは各種のアミノ酸が生成される。またその他微量
のビタミン、核酸、各種ホルモン等のいわゆるアンノー
ン物質が生成される。

ネルギー源となるアデノシン三リン酸の合成が促進され
る。このようにアミノ酸やリン酸アンモニウム、あるい
はリン酸カリウムが葉面から吸収されるようになること
は植物体の活性に極めて大きな効果を与える。例えば植

が生息するが、トリコデルマリグノルム菌はこれら病害
菌をやはり死滅させるのである。
