[Structure of Invention]

The hair nourishing skin cosmetic of the present invention is a wasabi (Wasa-bie japonic

〔The invention's effect〕

Test Example 1. The present inventors carried out the following experiment for determining the effect of the hair nourishing skin cosmetic composition containing the wasabi extract extract of the present invention. The skin of the alopecic region of the alopecia patient had various reduced skin functions as compared with the skin of the healthy region. The present inventors noted that the recovery function of the hair loss part due to the skin temperature and the cold load is decreased in the advanced stage of the hair loss, and the cold load recovery was performed by using the hair loss part artificially created on the ventral side of the rabbit.
