Claims (6)
- 1.ディジタル記録情報およびホログラフィック記録情報が共に書き込まれた光 データ記憶ディスク。
- 2.ホログラフィック記録情報が、ディジタル記録情報の占有するディスク表面 領域と異なるディスク表面領域を占有する請求の範囲1記載の光データ記憶ディ スク。
- 3.ホログラフィック記録情報が、ディジタル記録情報の占有する中心領域の周 りの環状領域を占有する請求の範囲2記載の光データ記憶ディスク。
- 4.ディジタル記録情報およびホログラフィック像が共に書き込まれた光データ 記憶ディスクを製造するための方法において、ディジタル記録情報およびホログ ラフィック記録情報が書き込まれたマスタを形成するステップと、そのマスタか ら光データ記憶ディスクを複製するステップとからなる方法。
- 5.マスタを形成するステップが、ディジタル記録およびホログラフィック記録 を逐次露光によってそれぞれマスタ上に形成するためのステップよりなる請求の 範囲4記載の方法。
- 6.マスタを形成するステップが、別個のサプストレイト上にディジタル記録お よびホログラフィック記録をそれぞれ形成するためのステップと、その後、これ ら別個のサプストレイト上の記録からマスタ上にそれぞれ対応する記録を形成す るためのステップとよりなる請求の範囲4記載の方法。
