Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 1.主要な構成成分がPVCであり、曲げられた状態でパイプにより配管中に張 られ、温度増加により配管の内部表面に結合される地下配管を再ライニングする ために用いられるパイプを製造するための材料であって、PVCに混合しうるポ リマー熱可塑性エラストマーの添加により材料が45℃〜75℃の範囲のガラス 転移温度を有し、(Emod,20℃)/(Emod,75℃)の比が20より 大きいことを特徴とする材料。
- 2.T=20℃における破断伸び率が200%より大きいことを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の材料。
- 3.ポリマー熱可塑性エラストマーがアルクリン(Alcryn)、EVA、E BAおよびNBRを含むこと特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の材料。
- 4.ポリマー熱可塑性エラストマーが好ましくはEVAまたはEBAおよび一酸 化炭素を含むこと特徴とする請求項1〜3に記載の材料。
- 5.配管中に挿入され、温度増加により配管の内部表面に結合されるような曲げ られたパイプにより再ライニングすることにより地下配管を修復する方法であっ て、前記の曲げられたパイプは加熱することなく挿入され、挿入されたパイプが 配管の表面に結合されようとするとき、低圧での流体が温度増加用の熱伝導媒体 として用いられることを特徴とする方法。
