Claims (12)
- 1.中空繊維膜を生産する際に使用されるノズル組立体において、筐体と、筐体 を通っている伸長第1管状手段とを具備し、筐体は、第1管状手段の少なくとも 部分と同心の第2管状手段を規定し、2つの管状手段の間に環状導管を形成し、 該第1管状手段は、該第2管状手段に関して可動であり、その結果、組立体の動 作において、引込及び伸張され、第1及び第2管状手段は、各々、入力及び出力 端を有し、第2管状手段の出力端は、筐体から取外しでき、種々のキャップの使 用により第1管状手段に関して環状導管の方位の変化を可能にするキャップを具 備するノズル組立体。
- 2.該第1及び第2管状手段が、出力端において、環状導管が第1管状手段に垂 直である如く、互いに関して配設される請求の範囲1に記載のノズル組立体。
- 3.該第1及び第2管状手段が、それらの出力端において、環状導管が第1管状 手段に対して約45°の角度において方向付けられる如く、互いに関して配設さ れる請求の範囲1に記載のノズル組立体。
- 4.第1管状手段が中空管である請求の範囲1に記載のノズル組立体。
- 5.第2管状手段が、筐体内の空洞である請求の範囲1に記載のノズル組立体。
- 6.第1管状手段を案内するための案内手段が、筐体内に配設される請求の範囲 1に記載のノズル組立体。
- 7.第1管状手段が案内手段を通っている請求の範囲6に記載のノズル組立体。
- 8.案内手段が筐体から取外しできる請求の範囲6に記載のノズル組立体。
- 9.芯材料組成を供給するための内側ボアを有するノズル組立体を通して芯材料 組成の回りの膜形成流体材料の押出しにより中空繊維膜を形成する方法において 、改良が、(i)芯材料組成と膜形成流体材料が、ノズルを出るまで一度も相接 しない如くノズルを位置付けて押出しを始めることと、(ii)2つの材料がノ ズルを出る前にノズル組立体内で接触する時間を増大させるように内側ボアを引 込めることとを含む方法。
- 10.膜形成流体材料の相反転が始まった後、引込が始まる請求の範囲9に記載 の方法。
- 11.(a)繊維管腔を規定する半浸透性内側薄膜と、(b)繊維壁と、(c) 外面とを有する繊維を具備する中空繊維膜において、繊維壁が、ほぼ縦に方向付 けられた棒状組織を含み、そして棒状組織の少なくとも部分が、繊維壁内で互い に相互連結され、少なくとも部分が、膜の外面と連続である中空繊維膜。
- 12.管腔において生体細胞がある請求の範囲11に記載の膜。
