Description
Claims (8)
- 1.以下の工程を含む熱可塑性エラストマーの押出成形法:発泡可能熱可塑性エ ラストマーを選択し;該熱可塑性エラストマーを圧縮し溶融して;発泡剤として 水を該溶融熱可塑性エラストマーに導入し;溶融熱可塑性エラストマーおよび水 を混合し;さらに、溶融混合物をダイから押出し、押出成形発泡体プロフィルを 生成する。
- 2.当該熱可塑性エラストマーが天然もしくは合成ゴムと熱可塑性素材の混合物 を含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 3.当該熱可塑性エラストマーが、(a)25−75重量%の熱可塑性ポリオレ フィン樹脂および(b)およそ75−25重量%のモノオレフィン共重合体ゴム の混合物を含む、完全に加硫された加硫組成物を含むものである、請求の範囲第 1項に記載の方法。
- 4.水を導入する工程が、およそ0.3g/cc以下の密度を有する発泡体プロ フィルを得るために、熱可塑性エラストマーと比較して十分な量の水を導入する ことを含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 5.当該熱可塑性エラストマーが、長さ:直径比がおよそ32:1以上である押 出機で連続的に押出成形される、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 6.当該熱可塑性エラストマーが押出成形されて、主として閉鎖小胞発泡体の隙 間塞ぎとなる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 7.当該熱可塑性エラストマーが押出機で連続的に押出成形され、しかも外部水 供給系と押出機のバレルとの間に圧力で調節される直接接続が提供される工程を 含み、さらに水を導入する工程が、当該直接接続からの水を利用する、請求の範 囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 8.当該直接接続を提供する工程が、さらに二個のバルブを含む二重フィルター 系で水を濾過することを含み、さらに、当該方法がバルブの一方を閉じる工程、 および当該系のフィルターの1つを交換する工程を含む、請求の範囲第7項に記 載の方法。
