Description
Claims (13)
- 1.構成部材を把持するワーク保持装置を収容する割出し可能のワーク保持スピ ンドルと、スピンドル支持体内で角度往復動するよう枢着支持され切削工具を取 り付ける切削スピンドルとを具え、この切削スピンドルの回転軸線が前記ワーク 保持スピンドルの回転軸線にほぼ垂直で互いにずれており、前記構成部材の孔に 縦方向に延在し平行な複数個の溝孔を機械加工する機械において、前記スピンド ル支持体を角度揺動させるよう内部に回転軸線の周りに枢着支持する切削カプセ ルを設け、前記切削スピンドルの前記回転軸線を前記スピンドル支持体の前記回 転軸線に対し平行にずらして配置し、回転自在の軸部材と前記切削スピンドルと を連結して前記軸部材が回転すると前記切削スピンドルを角度揺動させる連結手 段と、前記軸部材が回転する際の前記スピンドル支持体の角度揺動を制御するデ スモドロミックカム手段とを設け、切削行程中及び復帰行程中前記切削工具の切 削端縁の移動通路が異なるものとなって前記切削工具を逃がすことができるよう 各切削行程中前記切削スピンドルの前記軸線は前記ワーク保持スピンドルの前記 軸線に向け移動でき、各復帰行程中前記切削スピンドルの前記軸線は前記ワーク 保持スピンドルの前記軸線から離れて移動できるよう構成し、前記構成部材の前 記孔内に或る所定の深さまで切削工具を送り込ませるよう前記ワーク保持スピン ドルの前記軸線に向け前記切削カプセルをトラバースさせ各溝孔を機械加工した 後前記ワーク保持スピンドルの前記軸線から離して前記切削カプセルをトラバー スさせる手段であって前記デスモドロミックカム手段から独立した第1切削カプ セルトラバース手段を設けたことを特徴とする機械。
- 2.前記切削スピンドルは限定された角度往復動するよう構成され、前記スピン ドル支持体は限定された角度揺動するよう構成され、更に、前記軸部材の回転軸 線が前記スピンドル支持体の前記回転軸線に対し平行にずれているよう前記軸部 材を前記切削カプセル内に取り付け、前記デスモドロミックカム手段は前記軸部 材に取り付けられ、このデスモドロミックカム手段は各従動部に掛合する2個の カム軌道を具え、前記各従動部は前記スピンドル支持体の前記回転軸線に対し平 行な回転軸線を有し、前記各従動部は前記スピンドル支持体から側方に突出する 突出部に取り付けられ、前記軸部材が回転すると前記デスモドロミックカム手段 の前記軌道と前記従動部とは協働して前記スピンドル支持体を所定の角度にわた り角度揺動させる請求の範囲1に記載の機械。
- 3.前記連結手段をクランクで構成した請求の範囲1、又は2に記載の機械。
- 4.前記デスモドロミックカム手段の1回転が各切削行程とこれに関連する復帰 行程とに対応するよう構成した前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 5.各切削行程中前記切削工具の切削端縁の移動通路が非円形である前記請求の 範囲のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 6.各復帰行程中前記切削工具の切削端縁の移動通路が前記構成部材の前記孔の 円周内に少なくとも一部を占めている前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の機 械。
- 7.回転運動、及び軸線方向の摺動運動をするよう前記ワーク保持スピンドルを 支承した前記請求の範囲のいずれか1項に記載の機械。
- 8.前記溝孔を機械加工する第1位置と、前記切削工具が前記スリーブの前記孔 から軸線方向、及び半径方向の両方向に離れる第2位置との2個の所定の位置の 間で前記軸線方向の摺動運動が発生するよう構成され、更に機械加工された前記 構成部材を除去できる十分な距離だけ前記切削カプセルを前記ワーク保持スピン ドルの前記軸線から離れるよう側方に移動可能にする第2切削カプセルトラバー ス手段を設けた請求の範囲7に記載の機械。
- 9.前記ワーク保持スピンドルの前記軸線の方向への前記切削カプセルのトラバ ース運動を異なる溝孔についての異なる位置に前記第2切削カプセルトラバース 手段によって拘束するよう構成して前記構成部材の前記孔の中に少なくとも2個 の異なる所定半径深さの溝孔を形成するようにした前記請求の範囲のいずれか1 項に記載の機械。
- 10.前記溝孔を機械加工する2個、又はそれ以上の位置を含む複数個の所定軸 線方向位置間を軸線方向に移動するよう前記ワーク保持スピンドルを支承し、こ れにより構成部材の前記孔内の2個、又はそれ以上の異なる軸線方向位置の溝孔 を機械加工する請求の範囲1〜7のいずれか1項に従属するときの請求の範囲7 、又は9に記載の機械。
- 11.前記ワーク保持スピンドルを平軸受で支承した請求の範囲7に記載の機械 。
- 12.前記ワーク保持スピンドルを静液圧で支承した請求の範囲7に記載の機械 。
- 13.前記ワーク保持スピンドルを玉軸受の直線状のレースに取り付けた請求の 範囲7に記載の機械。
