Abstract

Ce procédé de perçage par retournement ne requiert aucun démontage de la pièce à usiner en cours d'opération. Il consiste en effet à monter la pièce sur un support pouvant tourner autour d'un axe orthogonal à l'axe de perçage; la pièce peut ainsi être d'abord percée à une de ses extremités, puis être retournée par rotation de son support de 180 degrés , autour de son axe, pour être percée à son autre extrémité. Le dispositif destiné à la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé, se montant sur une machine-outil, est essentiellement constitué par une embase fixée sur la machine-outil, par un support monté tournant sur l'embase et comportant des moyens de serrage de la pièce à usiner, et par des moyens aptes à verrouiller le support tournant sur l'embase dans au moins deux positions séparées par une rotation de 180 degrés . Applications : perçage profond d'une pièce de part en part, alésage d'une pièce à ses extrémités, execution de centres aux extrémités d'une pièce.
