Description
Claims (10)
- 1.phop調節領域における前記領域の制御下にある遺伝子の構成的発現を引 き起こす第一の変異及びaro、pag、またはprg遺伝子における第二の変 異により毒性を低下させたSalmonella細胞を含有するワクチン。
- 2.pagまたはρrg遺伝子における変異及びaro遺伝子における変異によ り毒性を低下させたSalmonella細胞を含有するワクチン。
- 3.ρpyop調節領域を構成的に発現し、aro、pagまたはprg遺伝子 ににおける変異により毒性を低下させたsalmonella細胞。
- 4.pagまたはprg遺伝子中に毒性を低下させる第一の変異を有し、aro 遺伝子中に毒性を低下させる第二の変異を有するSalmonlla細胞。
- 5.pagまたはprg遺伝子中に異種蛋白質をコードする遺伝子、または前記 異種蛋白質遺伝子の調節因子が挿入された生存Salmonella細胞。
- 6.異種蛋白質をコードする前記DNAが、環境に調節されるプロモータの制御 下にあることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の生存Salmonella細胞。
- 7.異種蛋白質をコードする第一のDNA配列と、マーカーをコードする第二の DNA配列と、毒性に必要な産物をコードする第三のDNA配列(前記第三のD NA配列は変異により不活性化されている)を有する、Salmonellaの 染色体に組み込み可能なベクター。
- 8.pagC遺伝子産物をコードするDNAを有するベクター。
- 9.pagC遺伝子産物の精製された調製物。
- 10.pagCにコードされたDNAへの試料の接触、及び前記pagCにコー ドされたDNAと前記試料中の核酸とのハイブリダイゼーションの検出を含む、 試料中に存在するSalmongellaの検出方法。
