Description
Claims (10)
- 1.少なくとも1つの制御ユニットとデータ伝送路とを有するデータ伝送系、例 えば少なくとも1つのCANコントローラとCANバス(CB)とを有するCA Nパスシステム用の送信機出力段において、送信機出力段の個々の回路素子がモ ノリシックに集積化されていることを特徴とする送信機出力段。
- 2.前記チータパス(CB)の各データ伝送路にスイッチング段(E1,E2) が配属されている請求の範囲第1項記載の送信機出力段。
- 3.前記スイッチング段(E1,E2)の構成要素は例えば直列回路内に当該構 成要素相互間で基板を介しての反作用が最小化されるように配置されている、請 求の範囲第1項又は2項記載の送信機出力段。
- 4.前記スイッチング段は、電子スイッチ、例えばMOS電界効果トランジスタ (T1,T2)を有しており、該トランジスタ(T1,T2)にはそれそれドラ イバ段(3,5)が配属されている、請求の範囲第1項〜3項いずれか1項記載 の送信機出力段。
- 5.前記出力段回路(E1,E2)の構成要素は,抵抗(R1,R2)がデータ 伝送路の端子(CANH,CANL)に直接接続するように配置されている、請 求の範囲第1項〜4項いずれか1項記載の送信機出力段。
- 6.前記抵抗(R1,R2)は浮遊ウエル内に存在するように構成されている、 請求の範囲第1項〜5項いずれか1項記載の送信機出力段。
- 7.前記スイッチング段(E1,E2)、例えば該スイッチング段の抵抗は、障 害の場合、例えば電磁的な障害の場合に、電流が制限され及び/又は送信機出力 段の内部抵抗が安定化されるように構成されている、請求の範囲第1項〜6項い ずれか1項記載の送信機出力段。
- 8.前記抵抗(R1,R2)の寄生的な構成部分、例えば寄生トランジスタに補 償回路(D10,D20)が配置されている、請求の範囲第1項〜7項いずれか 1項記載の送信機出力段。
- 9.補償回路としてダイオード(D10,D20)が選択され、該ダイオード( D10,D20)は例えば送信機出力段(18)の電圧給電部(+VCC)と接 続されている、請求の範囲第1〜8項項記載の送信機出力段。
- 10.前記スイッチング段(E1,E2)、例えば該スイッチング段のダイオー ド(D1,D2)は、データ伝送路及び/又は所属の端子(CANH,CANL )の、アース又は電圧給電部への短絡の際、及び/又はアースずれの際に、当該 送信機出力段(18)の構成要素を通って流れる電流が回避されるか又は制限さ れるように構成されている、請求の範囲第1項〜9項いずれか1項記載の送信機 出力段。
