Description
Claims (20)
- 1.少なくとも一つのウェブ要素と、該ウェブ要素の一端部に長手方向に延在す る少なくとも一つの中空のフランジ要素とを有する構造部材の連続成形方法であ って、該方法は:− 該少なくと一つの中空のフランジ要素を成形する為に、第一の連続する金属製ス トリップを冷間圧延成形し;該中空のフランジ要素に近接する所定の位置に、第 二の連続する金属製ストリップを案内し;そして 該中空のフランジ要素を該第二の連続する金属製ストリップに連続融接して、該 第二の中空フランジ要素にウェブ要素を成形するステップから成ることを特徴と する方法。
- 2.該第一の中空のフランジ要素に対向する側にある該ウェブ要素に融接した更 なる中空のフランジ要素を成形する為に、第三の連続した金属製ストリップを冷 間圧延成形することを特徴とする請求項第1項に記載の方法。
- 3.該中空のフランジ要素及び該更なる中空のフランジ要素を、単ロールフォー ミングミルからなる近接する圧延成形ステーションで、或は分離されたロールフ ォーミングミルによって冷間圧延することを特徴とする請求項第2項に記載の方 法。
- 4.該少なくとも一つの中空のフランジ要素に該少なくとも一つのウェブ要素を 融接する前に、各々の連続する金属製ストリップの近接する端部を融接すること により、該少なくとも一つの中空のフランジ要素を成形することを特徴とする上 記請求項に記載の方法。
- 5.該ウェブ要素の各端部の近傍に位置する該ウェブ手段の両側に、該少なくと も一つの中空のフランジ要素の自由端を融接することを特徴とする請求項第1項 から第3項の何れかに記載の方法。
- 6.該ウェブ要素の各端部の近傍に位置する側に、該少なくとも一つの中空のフ ランジ要素の自由端を融接し、該ウェブ要素の各端部は該少なくとも一つの中空 のフランジ要素内に、少なくとも部分的に延在することを特徴とする請求項第1 項から第3項の何れかに記載の方法。
- 7.該ウェブ要素の該各端部を、該少なくともひとつの中空のフランジ要素の内 面に隣接させることを特徴とする請求項第6項に記載の方法。
- 8.該ウェブ要素の該各端部を、該少なくともひとつの中空のフランジ要素の内 面に触接さることを特徴とする請求項第7項に記載の方法。
- 9.少なくとも一つのウェブ要素と該ウェブ要素の一端部に長手方向に延在する 少なくとも一つの中空のフランジ要素とを有する構造部材の連続成形方法であっ て、該方法は:− 第一の連続する金属製ストリップを第二の連続する金属製ストリップの端部の中 間に融接し;該第二の連続する金属製ストリップを連続的にロール成形して、該 第一の連続する金属製ストリップの一端部に長手方法に延在する中空のフランジ 要素を成形し、該第一の連続する金属製ストリップはウェブ要素からであるステ ップから成ることを特徴とする方法。
- 10.該第二の連続する金属製ストリップの自由端を該第一の連続する金属製ス トリップから離れる方向に変形させることを特徴とする請求項第9項に記載の方 法。
- 11.該第二の連続する金属製ストリップの自由端を相互に融接させて閉ざされ た中空のフランジ要素を成形することを特徴とする請求項第10項に記載の方法 。
- 12.該第二の連続する金属製ストリップの自由端を該第一の連続する金属製ス トリップの方向に変形させることを特徴とする請求項第10項に記載方法。
- 13.該第二の連続する金属製ストリップの自由端を該第一の連続板の各表面に 融接して該第一の連続板の長手方向に延在する中空のフランジ要素を成形し、該 第一の連続板の一部分によって該中空のフランジ要素が別々の区画に分割される ことを特徴とする請求項第12項に記載の方法。
- 14.第三の連続金属を用いて、該中空のフランジ要素に対向する該ウェブ要素 の一端部に沿って延在する更なる中空のフランジ要素を成形することを特徴とす る請求項第9項から第13項に記載の方法。
- 15.高周波電気抵抗或は誘導溶接によって融接が行われることを特徴とする上 記請求項に記載の方法。
- 16.請求項第1項から第8項に或は請求項第9項から第14項に基づいて作ら れた構造部材。
- 17.該中空のフランジ要素に対向する該ウェブ要素の長手方向に延在する中実 のフランジ要素を含む請求項第1項、或は請求項第9項から第13項の何れかに 基づいて作られた構造部材。
- 18.該少なくとも一つのウェブ要素及び該少なくとも一つの中空のフランジ要 素は異なる厚さを有する金属製ストリップより成形されることを特徴とする請求 項第16項に記載の構造部材。
- 19.該少なくとも一つのウェブ要素及び該少なくとも一つの中空のフランジ要 素は異なる金属学的特性を有する金属製ストリップより成形されることを特徴と する請求項第16項に記載の構造部材。
- 20.複数のウェブ及び/又はフランジ要素を含む請求項第17項に記載の構造 部材。
