Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野」 本考案は、化粧用コンパクトに係る。
「従来の技術と考案が解決しようとする課題」 従来、扁平な身と蓋とを後部で枢着するとともに、前部
で閉蓋係止手段を講じ、身の中にパンケーキ等の固形化
化粧料入りドラムを収納して成る化粧用コンパクトがあ
る。
しかし、パンケーキ等の固形化化粧料は、外部から加わ
る機械的ショック等により亀裂を生じ易く、一旦亀裂が
発生すると、商品価値が著しく低下するばかりでなく、
使用上にも不都合を来す。
本考案は、斯る従来の欠点を除去しようとするものであ
る。
「課題を解決するための手段」 本考案は、扁平な身１と蓋２とを後部を枢着するととも
に、前部で閉蓋係止手段を講じ、身１の中に化粧料入り
ドラム３を収納した化粧用コンパクトにおいて、身１と
ドラム３との間に軟質材の受け皿４を介在させ、身１の
周壁11内周面に複数の係合凹部12…を配し、受け皿４の
周壁41外周面にそれらの係合凹部12…と対応させて複数
の係合突片42…を突出して、これらの係合突片42…をそ
れぞれ係合凹部12…へ抜け止め係合させ、また、受け皿
４の周壁41内周面にそれらの係合凹部12…と対応させて
突子43…を突設して、これらの突子34…を周壁41の弾力
を以てドラム３の周壁31外周面へ圧接させて成る。
「作用」 如上の構成であるから、軟質材の受け皿４が外部からド
ラム３に加わる機械的ショック等を緩衝し、ドラム３内
の固形化粧料Ａの亀裂を防止する。また、ドラム３に圧
接した突子43…がドラム３を支持し、抜け止めする。
「実施例」 図面は、本考案に係る合成樹脂製の化粧用コンパクトを
示している。
図示のものは、扁平な身１と蓋２とを重ねて後部で軸５
により枢着するとともに、前部で係合突条13と弾性係合
片21とから成る閉蓋係止手段を講じ、更に、解除用押釦
６を装着し、身１の中に軟質材による受け皿４を内装
し、該受け皿の中に固形化化粧料Ａ入りドラム３を収納
している。
而して、身１の周壁11内周面に、四方にて方形の係合凹
部12…を配し、受け皿４の周壁11外周面に、上記係合凹
部12…と対応する係合突片42…を設けて、これらの係合
突片42…をそれぞれ上記係合凹部12…に抜け止め係合さ
せ、かつ、受け皿４の周壁41内周面に、上記係合凹部12
…と対応させてそれぞれ縦２条の突子43…を突設して、
これらの突子を周壁41の弾力を以てドラム３の周壁31外
周面へ圧接させている。
また、受け皿４の底壁44内面に、複数の環状突条45…を
同心に周設し、これらの突条でドラム３の底壁32を受
け、該底壁には、中央部に窓孔46を穿設して、該窓孔を
通じてドラム３の底壁32中央部と身１の底壁14中央部と
の間をメルト接着７している。
「考案の効果」 本考案によれば、外部からドラム３に加わる機械的ショ
ック等を受け皿４に吸収させて緩衝でき、ドラム３内の
固形化化粧料Ａの亀裂を防止でき、商品価値の低下や使
用上の不都合を回避することができる。
また、受け皿４は、これに設けた係合突片42…と身１の
係合凹部12…との係合により簡単に装備させることがで
き、そして、身１の係合凹部12…と対応させて突子43…
を突設しているので、ドラム３への圧接に無理のない適
確な弾力を作用させることができる。
更に、身１に係合凹部12…を設けるので、身１を合成樹
脂成形するのに当たり、係合凹部12…を厚肉部分のヒケ
防止に利用でき、実用上頗る有益である。

    とドラム３との間に軟質材の受け皿４を介在させ、身１
    の周壁11内周面に複数の係合凹部12…を配し、受け皿４
    の周壁41外周面にそれらの係合凹部12…と対応させて複
    数の係合突片42…を突出して、これらの係合突片42…を
    それぞれ係合凹部12…へ抜け止め係合させ、また、受け
    皿４の周壁41内周面にそれらの係合凹部12…と対応させ
    て突子43…を突設して、これらの突子34…を周壁41の弾
    力を以てドラム３の周壁31外周面へ圧接させたことを特
    徴とする化粧用コンパクト。
