Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 本考案は、分解式の移動に便利な介助車に関
するものであり、充分な強度を持った分解組立式の介助
車を提供する事を目的とするものである。 【構成】 １は介助車のフレームで、右フレーム１ａ、
左フレーム１ｂよりなっており、背もたれ２、補強部材
３はボルトによって取り付けられており、着脱可能とな
っている。前記右フレーム１ａ、左フレーム１ｂは、背
もたれ２を固定する支柱４、支柱上部に設けられた運用
握手５、肘当て部６、前柱７、脚部８まで一体の略コの
字型の片持形状をしている。脚部８には小型キャスター
９が取り付けられている。座面１０は、巻き筒１３から
ベルト１１により釣り下げられており、バックル１２に
よって着脱可能である。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、分解式の移動に便利な介助車に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
医療検査台、ベッド等へ介助車の使用者が移ろうとする場合、座面を台または ベッドの上まで移動させる事ができれば少ない労力で実行する事が出来るが、標 準型車椅子では車輪及びフレーム部材が邪魔になり不可能であった。
【０００３】 この問題を解決するために、例えば実開昭６２ー１１９９０６号のような座面 下後部を開放するような従来例があった。しかし、車椅子及び介助車に要求され る折り畳み性及び分解性は悪く、車等への積載は困難であった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
このような従来の介助車では、分解組立式とした場合にどうしてもフレームの 欠点より強度不足という問題が発生するのである。
【０００５】 本考案は上記課題を解決するもので、充分な強度を持った分解組立式の介助車 を提供する事を目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記目的を達成するために、背もたれ内部に剛体管を内蔵し剛体管と フレームをボルト締結するとともに、脚部も補強部材を地面に略水平に着脱自在 とした構成である。

【作用】
本考案は上記構成により、使用時には背もたれ部と補強部材により高い剛性が 得られ、かつベッド等の下へ脚をいれる場合にも補強部材は邪魔にならない。運 搬時には背もたれ部と補強部材と座面とフレームを分解するのでコンパクトに運 搬できるものである。

【実施例】
以下、本考案の一実施例を図を参照しながら説明する。 図に示すように、１は介助車のフレームで、右フレーム１ａ、左フレーム１ｂよ りなっており、背もたれ２、補強部材３はボルトによって取り付けられており、 着脱可能となっている。前記右フレーム１ａ、左フレーム１ｂは、背もたれ２を 固定する支柱４、支柱上部に設けられた運用握手５、肘当て部６、前柱７、脚部 ８まで一体の略コの字型の片持形状をしている。脚部８には小型キャスター９が 取り付けられている。座面１０は、巻き筒１３からベルト１１により釣り下げら れており、バックル１２によって着脱可能である。巻き筒１３はウォームギアを 内蔵した箱１４に取り付けられている。
【０００９】 背もたれ２の内部には補強材として剛体管１７が内蔵されており、ボルト１６ で支柱４の穴４ａを通してフレーム１と締結されている。ここで、剛体管１７と 支柱４との嵌合部をＬ字形とする事によって、がたつきを防止する事もできる。 同様に、補強部材３の端面のネジ穴３ａに穴８ａを通してボルト１８を挿入し締 結する。
【００１０】 分解するときは、ボルト１６、１８を外し背もたれ２、補強部材３、右フレー ム１ａ、左フレーム１ｂに分離し、同時にバックル１２を外して座面１０を分離 する。
【００１１】 補強部材３は、フレーム１の前下方、開口部と反対側に位置しているため、便 器へも座った状態でその上まで移動可能である。同時にベッドの下へも入れるこ とができ、ハンドル１５にて座面１０の高さはベッドの高さに合わせられる。
【００１２】 なお、本実施例では背もたれ及び補強部材は左右のフレームと完全に分離構造 としたがどちらかのフレームに回動自在に固定しても良い。また、足置き台をフ レームではなく補強部材に取り付ける事もできる。

【考案の効果】
以上の説明から明らかように、本考案によれば背もたれ部と補強部材により、 高い剛性が得られるとともに、ボルトを手で回すだけで容易に分解組立できるの で実用性の高い介助車を提供できる。
