Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 綴じ金具を使用することなく、カレンダー帳
のように、枚数の少ない紙片１をしっかりと綴じ合わせ
るようにする。 【構成】 重ね合わせた複数枚の紙片１の一辺に沿って
貫通孔２を複数個形成し、この貫通孔２内に接着剤３を
流し込んで各紙片１を接合する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、カレンダー帳等、紙
片の枚数が比較的に少ないものを綴じ合わすのに適した
製本構造に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】カレンダー帳は、表紙を合わせて紙片の
数が７枚、あるいは１３枚というように少ない。
【０００３】したがって、カレンダー帳を製本する場
合、重ね合わせた紙片の厚みが薄く、いわゆる背糊によ
っては各紙片をしっかりと綴じ合わせることができない
ので、従来は、重ね合わせた紙片の上辺に綴じ金具を巻
き付けて製本することが行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ところで、カレンダー
帳の印刷業者や製本業者では、毎年、年が明けると、そ
の年のカレンダー帳は商品価値がほとんどなくなるた
め、膨大な数のカレンダー帳を処分している。
【０００５】この膨大な数のカレンダー帳を処分する場
合、カレンダー帳の紙片を再製使用すれば、紙資源の有
効利用が図れる。
【０００６】カレンダー帳の紙片を再製使用する場合、
カレンダー帳の上端には綴じ金具があるため、この綴じ
金具を除去しなければならない。
【０００７】ところが、カレンダー帳の上端の綴じ金具
をいちいち除去することは、非常にコストがかかるの
で、カレンダー帳の紙片は再製使用されることなく、従
来は焼却処分されることがほとんどであり、貴重な紙資
源が無駄になっていた。
【０００８】また、綴じ金具があると、それによって手
を傷付けるおそれもあり、安全性の点でも問題があっ
た。
【０００９】そこで、この発明は、カレンダー帳のよう
に、紙片の枚数が少なくても、綴じ金具を使用すること
なく、各紙片をしっかりと綴じることができ、また安全
性の高い製本構造を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】この発明に係る製本構造
は、重ね合わせた複数枚の紙片の一辺に沿って貫通孔を
複数個形成し、この貫通孔内に接着剤を流し込んで各紙
片を接合するというものである。

【作用】上記のように、重ね合わせた紙片の貫通孔内に
接着剤を流し込んで各紙片を接合すると、貫通孔内の接
着剤が各紙片を固定する柱のような働きをするので、各
紙片がしっかりと綴じ合わされる。

【実施例】図１乃至図４は、この発明に係る製本構造を
カレンダー帳に応用した例を示している。
【００１３】図１に示すカレンダー帳は、６枚の紙片１
を綴じ合わせたものであり、重ね合わせた６枚の紙片１
の上辺に沿って貫通孔２を複数形成し、この貫通孔２内
に接着剤３を流し込んで各紙片１を接合している。
【００１４】上記接着剤３としては、例えば、ホットメ
ルトタイプの熱可塑性樹脂接着剤を使用することができ
る。
【００１５】綴じ合わされた６枚の紙片１の表裏両面の
上辺には、厚紙によって形成した背カバー４が貼り合わ
されている。この背カバー４は、貫通孔２内に流し込む
接着剤３の量を多くして、貫通孔２の両面に少し盛り上
がるようにして、接着剤３によって接着するようにして
もよいし、別途糊付けや両面テープによって接着するよ
うにしてもよい。
【００１６】上記各紙片１の上辺寄りの部分には、各紙
片１の切り取りを容易にするために、ミシン目５が設け
られている。
【００１７】また、背カバー４の裏面側には、図４に示
すように、吊り下げ用のフック６が切り起しによって形
成されている。

【発明の効果】この発明によれば、以上のように、綴じ
金具を使用することなく、比較的に枚数の少ない紙片を
しっかりと綴じ合わすことができるので、特に、カレン
ダー帳の製本に利用できる。
【００１９】また、この発明によって製本したものは、
綴じ金具を使用しないので、そのまま再製使用すること
が可能であり、紙資源の有効利用が図れる。
【００２０】さらに、綴じ金具を使用しないので、安全
性の点でも優れている。

  1. 【請求項１】 重ね合わせた複数枚の紙片の一辺に沿っ
    て貫通孔を複数個形成し、この貫通孔内に接着剤を流し
    込んで各紙片を接合したカレンダー帳等の製本構造。
