Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated sheet having stable dielectric characteristics by a method wherein a base material suppressed to a specific value or less in the difference of a dielectric constant between the base material and a resin is impregnated with the resin and a metal foil is arranged on the upper or under surface of the impregnated base material. CONSTITUTION:A base material composed of glass, ceramic, polyimide or polyvinyl alcohol and a resin such as an unsaturated polyester resin, fluoroplastic or a polyolefin resin are used. Herein, in order to stabilize dielectric characteristics, the difference of a dielectric constant between the base material and the resin is set to 5% or less. The base material is impregnated with the resin to be heated and dried if necessary to obtain the resin impregnated base material. A required number of the resin impregnated base materials are laminated and a metal foil composed of copper, aluminum or brass is arranged on the upper or under surface of the obtained laminate to be integrated therewith by an integrating means such as a press means, a multi-roll means or a zero- pressure continuous process.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a high frequency laminated plate is composed of a resin impregnated base material in which glass cloth is impregnated with fluororesin, polyphenylene oxide resin, etc. and a metal foil, but the dielectric constants of the glass cloth and the resin are the same. Therefore, there is a problem in that it is not possible to design a delicate plate thickness, and when the resin impregnation amount and the plate thickness are changed, the dielectric characteristics also change.

According to the present invention, a metal foil is formed on the upper surface and / or the lower surface of a resin-impregnated base material obtained by impregnating the base material with a difference in dielectric constant between the base material and the resin of 5% or less. The above-mentioned object can be achieved because of the laminated plate in which the above is arranged and formed into a body. The present invention will be described in detail below.

The resin used in the present invention is an unsaturated polyester resin, polyphenylene oxide resin, fluorine resin,
Polybutadiene resin, polyolefin resin, etc. alone, modified product, or mixture resin, if necessary alumina, silicon nitride,
A high dielectric constant inorganic filler such as polon nitride can be included. The amount of the high dielectric constant inorganic filler is 10 to 10 in the resin.
It is preferably 85% by weight (hereinafter simply referred to as%). That is, if it is less than 10%, it becomes difficult to obtain a high dielectric constant, and if it exceeds 85%, the impregnation property into the base material tends to decrease. As the base material, glass, ceramics, inorganic fibers such as asbestos, vinyl alcohol, polyimide, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate,
Polyamide, polyphenylene sulphide, polyphenylene oxide, woven cloth made of organic fibers such as fluororesin and natural fibers such as cotton, non-woven fabric, paper, etc., but the difference in dielectric constant between the base material and resin is 5 Must be within%. That is, if it exceeds 5%, the dielectric property becomes unstable. The amount of resin impregnated into the base material is 35 as the resin solid content.
~ 70% is preferred. Further, the resin may be impregnated only with the same resin, but may be made into a plurality of impregnations such as primary impregnation and secondary impregnation with the same resin or different type resin so that the impregnation becomes more uniform. Thus, after impregnating the base material with the resin, it is dried by heating or the like, if necessary, to obtain a resin-impregnated base material. The required number of resin-impregnated base materials can be used as needed. As the metal foil, copper, aluminum, brass, nickel, iron or the like alone, an alloy or a composite foil is used, and an adhesive layer can be provided on one side of the metal foil if necessary. Thus, the above-mentioned metal foil is disposed and formed on the upper surface and / or the lower surface of the required number of resin-impregnated base materials to obtain a laminated plate. A press, a multi-roll, a double belt, a pressureless continuous method, or the like is used as the integration means, and the integration means is not particularly limited and is arbitrary.
