For electrical laminates, the molten resin is press-fitted into the base material, so that the resin impregnation into the base material is uniform, reducing variations in electrical performance and warping.Details of the present invention are described below. Explain: The base material used in the present invention is made of inorganic fibers such as glass and asbestos, organic synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyacrylic, polyvinyl alcohol, polyamide, polyimide, polyphenylene sulfide, polyurethane, and natural fibers such as cotton. The base material is woven fabric, non-woven fabric, mat, paper, or a combination thereof. The base material can also be treated with a coupling agent or the like in advance. As a thermosetting polyphenylene oxide resin film, 1,2 polybutadiene, 1,4 polybutadiene, styrene butadiene copolymer, modified 1,2 polybutadiene (malein modified , acrylic modified, epoxy modified, etc.), triallyl isocyanurate, crosslinkable polymers such as rubbers, heysil peroxide, 2,5 dimethyl 2,5 dihenzoyl peroxyhexane, tert-butyl peroxybenzoate, dicumyl A thermosetting polyphenylene oxide resin consisting of a polymerization initiator such as peroxide is made into a film with a thickness of 0.005 to 0.5 mm. If necessary, aluminum hydroxide, talc,
Inorganic fillers such as silica, alumina, calcium carbonate, and magnesium carbonate, and fibrous fillers such as glass fiber chips, asbestos, wood flour, pulp, and cotton powder may also be added. Metal foils include copper, aluminum, iron, nickel,
Single, alloy, or composite foils such as zinc are used, and if necessary, an adhesive layer is provided on one side of the metal foil to further improve adhesion. Multi-stage presses and multi-roll presses are used as an integration method. etc. are used.
以下本発明を実施例にもとづいて説明する。The present invention will be explained below based on examples.
