Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a bendable laminate of good machinability by disposing a resin impregnated non-woven cloth on the upper face or the lower face of a resin impregnated base and providing a metal foil on an outermost layer. CONSTITUTION:Inorganic fiber such as glass or ceramic, or organic fiber such as vinyl alcohol, polyimide or flourine resin or natural fiber is used as a base for a resin impregnated base. As the resin for impregnating said base, phenol, epoxy, polybutadiene, fluorine resin or the like is used alone or as a modified material or a mixture. If required, inorganic powder such as talc or clay, or a fiber filler such as glass fiber, asbestos fiber, synthetic fiber or the like is added. Except said non-woven cloth section, a resin impregnated non-woven cloth is disposed on the upper face and/or lower face of the resin impregnated base, and further a metal foil composed of copper, aluminum, brass and the like is disposed on an outermost layer of the base, integrated thereon and laminated. Bending can be well carried out by constituting as above-mentioned.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a laminated plate is formed by integrally laminating a laminated body composed of resin-impregnated paper or resin-impregnated woven fabric and a metal foil, but since it is hard, it cannot be bent. On the other hand, the flexible plate was not stiff and so-called L-shaped processing could not be performed. Therefore, a laminated plate in which a resin-impregnated woven fabric is arranged and formed on the upper surface and / or the lower surface of the resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric and the workability is improved to some extent, but it is not yet satisfactory.

According to the present invention, a resin-impregnated non-woven fabric is arranged on the upper and / or lower surface of a resin-impregnated base material excluding a non-woven fabric, and a metal foil is further arranged on the outermost layer to form a body. The above-described object can be achieved because of the characteristic laminated plate, and the present invention will be described in detail below.

The base material of the resin-impregnated base material excluding the non-woven fabric used in the present invention is an inorganic fiber such as glass, ceramic or asbestos, vinyl alcohol, polyimide, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyamide or polyphenylene sulfide. Woven fabrics, papers and the like made of organic fibers such as polyphenylene oxide and fluororesin and natural fibers such as cotton. As the resin with which the base material is impregnated, phenol, epoxy, unsaturated polyester,
Polyimide, polyamide, polyphenylene oxide,
Polyphenylene sulfide, polybutadiene, fluororesin, etc. alone, modified products, and mixtures are used, and if necessary, talc, clay, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, inorganic powder filler such as silica, and glass. fiber,
Fibrous fillers such as asbestos fibers, pulp fibers, synthetic fibers and ceramic fibers can be added. Further, the resin may be impregnated only with the same resin, but a plurality of impregnations such as primary impregnation and secondary impregnation with the same type resin or different type resin may be performed to make the impregnation more uniform. Thus, after impregnating the base material with the resin, it is dried by heating or the like, if necessary, to obtain a resin-impregnated base material. The required number of resin-impregnated base materials can be used as needed. As the resin-impregnated non-woven fabric, the same material as the resin-impregnated base material can be used as it is as the non-woven fabric. The resin used for the resin-impregnated base material can be used as it is as the resin for impregnating the non-woven fabric, and the resin-impregnated non-woven fabric can be obtained by drying it by heating or the like if necessary. The required number of resin-impregnated nonwoven fabrics can be used as needed. Copper as the metal foil,
Aluminium, brass, nickel, iron etc. alone, alloy,
A composite foil is used, and an adhesive layer can be provided on one side of the metal foil if necessary. Thus, the resin-impregnated non-woven fabric is arranged on the upper surface and / or the lower surface of the resin-impregnated base material,
Further, the above-mentioned metal foil is arranged and formed as an outermost layer to obtain a laminated plate. The unifying means is not particularly limited and is arbitrary.

[Comparative Example] A glass nonwoven fabric having a thickness of 0.15 mm was formed on the upper and lower surfaces of two epoxy resin-impregnated glass nonwoven fabric prepregs obtained by impregnating a glass nonwoven fabric having a thickness of 1 mm with a curing agent-containing epoxy resin so that the resin amount was 45%. The cloth was impregnated with a curing agent-containing epoxy resin to a resin content of 45%, dried epoxy resin-impregnated glass woven prepreg was placed on each piece, and a copper foil with a thickness of 0.018 mm was placed on the outermost layer. The provided laminated body is molded with a multi-stage press at a molding pressure of 40 Kg / cm 2 , 16
The laminate was heated and pressed at 5 ° C. for 90 minutes to obtain a laminated plate having a thickness of 1.6 mm.
