説明する。According to the present invention, a required number of long resin-impregnated base materials are stacked, and a long metal foil is continuously heat-pressed and molded on the upper surface and / or the lower surface thereof by a double belt molding machine. Since the method for producing a laminated plate is characterized in that the surface of the double belt after molding is continuously treated with a release agent, the above object can be achieved, and the present invention will be described in detail below. ..

Woven cloths, non-woven cloths, mats, papers and the like made of organic fibers such as polyphenylene oxide and fluororesin and natural fibers such as cotton are used as the resin for impregnating the long base material.
, Epoxy, unsaturated polyester, polyimide, polyamide, polyphenylene oxide, polyphenylene sulfide, fluororesin, etc. alone, modified products, mixtures are used, and talc, clay, calcium carbonate, water as necessary. Inorganic powder fillers such as aluminum oxide and silica, and fibrous fillers such as glass fibers, asbestos fibers, pulp fibers, synthetic fibers and ceramic fibers can be added. Further, the resin may be impregnated only with the same resin, but a plurality of impregnations such as primary impregnation and secondary impregnation with the same type resin or different type resin may be performed to make the impregnation more uniform.

A single, alloy, or composite foil of brass, nickel, iron, or the like is used, and an adhesive layer can be provided on one side of the metal foil if necessary. The conditions of heat and pressure molding are resin, base material, thickness, etc., and the curing time, curing temperature, and molding pressure can be selected and are not particularly limited. The release agent treatment on the surface of the double belt after molding is performed continuously on the surface of the double belt by a hydrocarbon type such as liquid paraffin and micro wax, a fatty acid type such as stearic acid and metal soap, silicone oil and silicone resin. The mold release property of the double belt molding machine can be improved by providing a mold release agent such as a silicon compound or a fluorine compound by any means such as spraying, casting, transfer, coating, etc. It can be prevented.
