本考案はより単純化した角形鋼管柱の柱梁接合構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来において角形鋼管柱の柱梁接合構造は種々提案されているがより単純で製造 の容易性において改良の余地があつた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は以上の従来の課題を解決しより単純で製造の容易な角形鋼管柱の柱梁接 合構造の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は以上の目的達成のために ４板の裏板を上下１枚ずつのダイアフラムに溶接しボックス状に形成し該裏板を 角筒に収納した接合体と、該接合体の４つの側面の雌ねじにボルトで固定される 梁とからなる柱梁接合構造 を提案するものである。

【実施例】
以下本考案の柱梁接合構造を図面に示す実施例に従い説明する。 図１は本考案の構造を示し、該構造は角形鋼管の上柱（１）と下柱（４）の間に おいて介装された接合体（３）を有する。
【０００６】 該接合体（３）は図２に示す様に４枚の裏板（３ａ）を上下１枚ずつのダイアフ ラム（３ｃ）に溶接しボックス状に形成しプレート（２）で上下を閉じたもので ある。 接合体（３）はその上下にプレート（２）が溶接された状態で角筒（３ｄ）内に 収納されて溶接で固定される。
【０００７】 すなわち図１に示す様に角筒（３ｄ）で囲まれた状態で接合体（３）が完成され る。一方接合体（３）の４つの側面には雌ねじ（３ｂ）が設けられている。
【０００８】 雌ねじ（３ｂ）としては図示の様に裏板（３ａ）の内面にナットを金具で取り付 けておく方法、裏板（３ａ）に直接にねじ切りする方法等が考えられる。 以上の接合体（３）は上柱（１）と下柱（４）の間に介装され現場に搬入される 。次に現場において梁（５）が端板（６）において接合体（３）の雌ねじ（３ｂ ）にボルトで固定される。

【考案の効果】
本考案の柱梁接合構造の実施例は以上の通りでありその効果を次に列記する。 （１）本考案の構造は特に４枚の裏板をダイアフラムでボックス状に形成し角筒 で囲むため構造が単純である。 （２）本考案の構造は特に複数の部材を組み合わせるため製造が容易である。
