Claims (10)
- 1.有機ポリイソシアネート、ポリオール、発泡剤、および触媒を含むフォーム 形成混合物からの硬質独立気泡ポリイソシアヌレートフォームの製法において、 (a)単独ポリオールとしてのポリエステルポリオール、および (b)発泡剤としてのクロロジフルオロメタンまたはクロロジフルオロメタンと 少なくとも1種の副発泡剤との混合物 を使用することを特徴とする硬質独立気泡ポリイソシアヌレートフォームの製法 。
- 2.ポリエステルポリオールが芳香族ポリエステルポリオールであり、芳香族ポ リエステルポリオールが好ましくはポリカルボン酸成分と式 HO−R−OH 〔式中、Rは (a)炭素数2〜6のアルキレン基、および(b)式 −(R1O)m−R1− (式中、R1は炭素数2〜6のアルキレン基であり、mは1〜4の整数である) の基、および (c)それらの混合物 からなる群から選ばれる二価基である〕の脂肪族ジオールとの反応生成物であり 、ポリカルボン酸成分は好ましくは(a)テレフタル酸ジメチルの製造からのエ ステル含有副生物、(b)スクラップポリアルキレンテレフタレート、(c)無 水フタル酸、(d)フタル酸または無水フタル酸の製造からの残渣、(e)テレ フタル酸、(f)テレフタル酸の製造からの残渣、(g)イソフタル酸、(h) 無水トリメリト酸、または(i)それらの組み合わせからなることを特徴とする 、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 3.クロロジフルオロメタンが発泡剤の約5〜100重量%を構成し、副発泡剤 が水、空気、窒素、二酸化炭素、易揮発性有機物質、分解してガスを遊離する化 合物、またはそれらの混合物であり、副発泡剤が好ましくはトリクロロモノフル オロメタン、水、ジクロロフルオロエタン、ジクロロトリフルオロエタン、二酸 化炭素、またはそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし2のい ずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 4.有機ポリイソシアネートを発泡剤および触媒の存在下で少ない量のポリオー ルと反応させることによって得られる硬質独立気泡ポリイソシアヌレートフォー ムにおいて、ポリオールが単独にポリエステルポリオールであり且つ発泡剤がク ロロジフルオロメタンまたはクロロジフルオロメタンと少なくとも1種の副発泡 剤との混合物であることを特徴とする硬質独立気泡ポリイソシアヌレートフォー ム。
- 5.ポリエステルポリオールが芳香族ポリエステルポリオールであり、芳香族ポ リエステルポリオールが好ましくはポリカルボン酸成分と式 HO−R−OH 〔式中、Rは (a)炭素数2〜6のアルキレン基、および(b)式 −(R1O)m−R1− (式中、R1は炭素数2〜6のアルキレン基であり、mは1〜4の整数である) の基、および (c)それらの混合物 からなる群から選ばれる二価基である〕の脂肪族ジオールとの反応生成物であり 、ポリカルボン酸成分は好ましくは(a)テレフタル酸ジメチルの製造からのエ ステル含有副生物、(b)スクラップポリアルキレンテレフタレート、(c)無 水フタル酸、(d)フタル酸または無水フタル酸の製造からの残渣、(e)テレ フタル酸、(f)テレフタル酸の製造からの残渣、(g)イソフタル酸、(h) 無水トリメリト酸、または(i)それらの組み合わせからなることを特徴とする 、請求項4に記載のフォーム。
- 6.クロロジフルオロメタンが発泡剤の約5〜100重量%を構成し、副発泡剤 が水、空気、窒素、二酸化炭素、易揮発性有機物質、分解してガスを遊離する化 合物、またはそれらの混合物であり、副発泡剤が好ましくはトリクロロモノフル オロメタン、水、ジクロロフルオロエタン、ジクロロトリフルオロエタン、二酸 化炭素、またはそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記 載のフォーム。
- 7.有機ポリイソシアネートが純粋または粗トルエンジイソシアネート、ポリメ チレンポリフェニルイソシアネート、このようなイソシアネートのブレンド、ま たはこのようなイソシアネートから生成されるイソシアネート末端プレポリマー からなり、イソシアネート末端プレポリマーが好ましくはイソシアネートおよび 芳香族ポリエステルポリオールから生成することを特徴とする、請求項4、5ま たは6に記載のフォーム。
- 8.粘度減少剤、難燃剤、分散剤、可塑剤、離型剤、酸化防止剤、相容剤、充填 剤、顔料、またはそれらの混合物の配合によって特徴づけられる、請求項4、5 、6または7に記載のフォーム。
- 9.請求項4ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のポリイソシアヌレートフォームに 接着された少なくとも1つのフェーシングシートを具備することによって特徴づ けられるラミネート。
- 10.フェーシングシートが、クラフト紙、アルミニウム、ガラスマット、ガラ ス補強有機フェルト、アスファルト含浸フェルト、またはフェーシングシートの 2以上の組み合わせであり且つフォームが場合によってガラス繊維によって補強 されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のラミネート。
