Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 反応室の断面にわたって流体を分配しかつ下へ粉粒体を通過させる流入底を 特に使用して,少なくとも1つの粉粒体を上から下へ少なくとも1つの反応室を 通つて移動させ,少なくとも1つの流体を下から上へ反応室内の粉粒体層を通し て流す,粉粒体による流体の処理方法において,複数の反応室を並列に運転し, 粉粒体層からの粉粒体の全部又は一部の取出し又は粉粒体層への粉粒体の全部又 は一部の補給を,反応室から反応室へ時間的に互いにすらして特に完全に前後し て行い,多かれ少なかれ使用された粉粒体を粉粒体層から取出しかつ多かれ少な かれ新しい粉粒体を粉粒体層へ供給する段階中に,反応室の粉粒体層を通る処理 すべき流体の流れを中断し,この流体の流れを他の反応室へ分配することを特徴 とする,粉粒体として存在する固体によりなるべく向流法で流体を処理する方法 。 2 流体としての煙道ガスから,例えばNOx,SOx,HCl,ダイオキシン 及び/又は重金属から成ることができる複数の成分を,吸着及び/又は触媒作用 する粉粒体により乾式向流法で,できるだけ完全に又は少なくとも一部除去する 方法において,乾式向流法で行うべき浄化段階を,ただ1つの(1段)方法段階 でただ1つの粉粒体により行い,反応室からのただ1つの粉粒体の取出し及び反 応室へのただ1つの粉粒体の補給を,断続的にほぼ平行な層で行うことを特徴と する,請求項1に記載の方法。 3 1つ又は複数の互いに間隔をおいて設けられる粉粒体通過口を持つホツパ状 文は溝状の素子を使用し,a)各ホツパ又は各溝内に屋根状分配素子を設けて, 粉粒体通過口の少なくとも中央なるべく全面範囲を覆い,b)各ホツパ又は各溝 の側壁と共に分配素子により粉粒体流通口を形成し, c)分配素子をホツパ又は溝の内側で側壁からホッパ又は溝の内部へ突出させ, かつホツパの周囲にわたって又は溝に沿つて設け,なるべくホツパ又は溝の側壁 に粉粒体流通口を設ける ことを特徴とする,請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4 反応室の粉粒体層からの粉粒体の取出しを前後に続く2つの動作段階で行い ,これらの個々の動作段階で取出される粉粒体を互いに分離することを特徴とす る,請求項1ないし3の1つに記載の方法。 5 流入部及び流出部,分配底(18),粉粒体用搬出装置(21),流体流入 口(15)及び流体流出口(16)を持つ並列運転可能な複数の反応室(11) と,周期的にかつ互いに別々にかつ互いに時間的にずれて開閉可能な流体流入口 又は流出口(15,16)用閉鎖板(摺動版29又は揺動板30)とを含んでい ることを特徴とする,請求項1ないし4の1つに記載の方法を実施する装置。 6 閉鎖板及びその操作装置及び粉粒体分配機構及び粉粒体取出し機構が,請求 項2ないし4の1つに記載の方法段階を実施するために構成されていることを特 徴とする,請求項5に記載の装置。
