- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.焼成後、X線回折パターンの少なくとも一つのピークが約1.8nmより大 きいd間隔を示し、6.7kPa(50トール)および25℃で物質100gあ たり15g以上のベンゼン吸着能を有する無機質、多孔質、非層状の結晶相物質 。 2.直径が少なくとも1.3nmの均一な寸法の細孔の六角形配列を有し、焼成 後、1.8nm以上のd100値で示される六方晶の電子回折パターンを示す無 機質、多孔質、非層状の結晶相物質。 3.該結晶相物質が、焼成の後に、電子回折パターンからのd100値に対応す るd間隔を有する少なくとも1つのピークを有するX線回折パターンを有する請 求項2記載の物質。 4.該結晶相物質が、焼成の後に、d間隔が1.0nmよりも大きい位置に少な くとも2つのピークを有しており、これらのピークの内の少なくとも1つがd間 隔が1.8nmよりも大きい位置にあり、最強のピークの約20%よりも大きい 相対強度でd間隔が1.0nmよりも小さい位置にピークが存在しないX線回折 パターンを有している請求項1または2に記載の物質。 5.該物質が、最強のピークの約10%よりも大きい相対強度で約1.0nmよ りも小さいd間隔の位置にピークを持たない請求項4記載の物質。 6.結晶相が、 Mn/q(WaXbYcZdOh) [式中、Mは1種またはそれ以上のイオンであり、nは酸化物として表わされる Mを除いた組成の電荷であり、qはMの重量モル平均原子価であり、 n/qはMのモル数またはモル分率であり、Wは1種またはそれ以上の二価の元 素であり、Xは1種またはそれ以上の三価の元素であり、Yは1種またはそれ以 上の四価の元素であり、Zは1種またはそれ以上の五価の元素であり、a、b、 cおよびdはそれぞれW、X、YおよびZのモル分率、hは1〜2.5の数、そ して (a+b+c+d)=1である。] で示される組成を有する請求項1または2に記載の物質。 7.合計(a+b+c)がdより大きく、そしてh=2である請 求項6記載の物質。 8.Wは遷移金属第1横列の二価の金属またはマンガンであり、Xはアルミニウ ム、ホウ素、クロム、ガリウムまたは鉄であり、Yはケイ素またはゲルマニウム であり、Zがリンである請求項6記載の物質。 9.Xがアルミニウムであり、Yがケイ素であり、Zがリンである請求項8記載 の物質。 10.a=0およびd=0で、かつh=2である請求項6記載の物質。 11.Xがアルミニウムであり、Yがケイ素である請求項10記載の物質。 12.図1〜14、図21および図25〜28のいずれかに実質的に示されるX 線回折パターンを有する請求項1記載の物質。 13.酸化物のモル比で表して次の範囲:X2O3/YO20〜0.5 X2O3/(YO2+Z2O5)0.1〜100X2O3/(YO2+WO+Z 2O5)0.1〜100溶媒/ (YO2+WO+Z2O5+X2O3)1〜15000H−/YO20〜10 (M2/eO+R2/fO)/ (Y02+WO+Z2O5+X2O3)0.01〜20M2/eO/ (YO2+WO+Z2O5+X2O3)0〜10R2/fO/ (YO2+WO+Z2O5+X2O3)1〜2.0[式中、eおよびfはそれぞ れMおよびRの重量平均原子価であり、溶媒はC1〜C6アルコール若しくはジ オール、または水であり、Rは式R1R2R3R4Q+を有する有機誘導剤から なり、Qは窒素またはリンであり、R1、R2、R3およびR4の少なくとも一 つは炭素数6〜36のアリール基またはアルキル基であり、R1、R2、R3お よびR4の残りは水素および炭素数1〜5のアルキル基から選ばれる。] の組成を有する反応混合物を結晶化させることを含んでなる請求項1または2に 記載の物質を合成する方法。 14.反応混合物が、酸化物のモル比で表して次の範囲:X2O3/YO20. 001〜0.5 X2O3/(YO2+Z2O5)0.1〜20X2O3/(YO2+WO+Z2 O5)0.1〜20溶媒/ (YO2+WO+Z2O5+X2O3)5〜10000H−/YO20〜5 (M2/eO+R2/fO)/ (YO2+WO+Z2O5+X2O3)0.05〜5M2/eO/ (YO2+WO+Z2O5+X2O3)0〜5R2/fO/ (YO2+WO+Z2O5+X2O3)0.03〜1.0の組成を有する請求項 13記載の方法。 15.有機誘導剤が、セチルトリメチルアンモニウム、セチルトリメチルホスホ ニウム、オクタデシルトリメチルホスホニウム、ベンジルトリメチルアンモニウ ム、セチルピリジニウム、ミリスチルトリメチルアンモニウム、デシルトリメチ ルアンモニウム、ドデシルトリメチルアンモニウムおよびジメチルジドデシルア ンモニウムからなる群から選択されたものである請求項13または14に記載の 方法。 16.Rは、初めに記した誘導剤と同様の式を有する付加的有機誘導剤を含んで なるが、各R1、R2、R3およびR4は水素および炭素数1〜5のアルキル基 から選ばれる請求項13または14に記載の方法。 17.付加的有機誘導剤が、テトラメチルアンモニウム、テトラエチルアンモニ ウム、テトラプロピルアンモニウム、テトラブチルアンモニウム化合物からなる 群から選択される請求項16記載の方法。 18.Rが、 (1)炭素数5〜20の芳暇香族炭化水素およびアミンならびにそれのハロゲン 置換およびC1−C14アルキル置換誘導体、(2)炭素数5〜20の環状およ び多環状脂肪族炭化水素およびアミンならびにそれのハロゲン置換およびC1− C14アルキル置換誘導体、 (3)炭素数3〜16の直鎖状および分枝状脂肪族炭化水素およびアミンならび にそれのハロゲン置換誘導体からなる群から選択された有機補助剤を含んでなる 請求項13または14に記載の方法。 19.有機補助剤が、p−キシレン、トリメチルベンゼン、トリエチルベンゼン またはトリイソプロピルベンゼンである請求項18記載の方法。 20.有機補助剤/YO2のモル比が0.05〜20である請求項18記載の方 法。 21.有機補助剤/有機誘導剤のモル比が0.02〜100である請求項18記 載の方法。 22.結晶化を25〜250℃の温度で5分〜14日間行う請求項13記載の方 法。 23.結晶化を50〜175℃の温度および9〜14のpHで5〜300時間行 う請求項13記載の方法。 24.請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の活性形態の物質を含んでなる触媒を、 接触転化条件下で供給原料に接触させることを含んでなる有機化合物または無機 化合物含有供給原料を接触転化する方法。 25.供給原料が炭化水素を含んでなり、転化がクラッキングまたはハイドロク ラッキングを包含し、炭化水素の分子量を減少させる請求項24記載の方法。 26.供給原料が窒素酸化物を含んでなり、転化が該窒素酸化物の化学的還元を 包含する請求項24記載の方法。 27.複数の成分の混合物から1種の成分を選択的に収着することにおける、請 求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の物質の使用。
