Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に自動車の内燃機関の燃焼室内の圧力を検出するための圧力センサであっ て、圧力センサのケーシング(10)内にピエゾ抵抗性の材料から成るセンサエ レメント(19)が配置されている形式のものにおいて、ダイヤフラム(14) とセンサエレメント(19)との間に、規定すべき圧力をセンサエレメントに導 入するポンチ(18)が配置されていて、少なくともピエゾ抵抗性のセンサエレ メント(19)に面したポンチ(18)の端部が、比較的軟質な材料から形成さ れていることを特徴とする圧力センサ。 2.特に自動車の内燃機関の燃焼室内の圧力を検出するための圧力センサであっ て、圧力センサのケーシング(10)内にピエゾ抵抗性の材料から成るセンサエ レメント(19)が配置されている形式のものにおいて、ダイヤフラム(14) とセンサエレメント(19)との間に、次の順序で、規定すべき圧力を導入する ポンチ(18)と力伝達部材(45)とが配置されていて、このばあい力伝達部 材(45)がポンチ(18)に向けて湾曲した表面を有していて、かつ、力伝達 部材(45)又は少なくとも力伝達部材(45)に面したポンチ(18)の端部 が、比較的軟質な材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、圧力センサ。 3.力伝達部材(45)が半球体から構成されている、請求項2記載の圧力セン サ。 4.ポンチが組立中センサエレメント(19)に、測定すべき圧力を上回る圧力 によって押し付けられ、これによって組立後センサエレメント(19)とポンチ (18)の端部又は圧力伝達部材(45)とのほぼ遊びのない形状接続が生ぜし められる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の圧力センサ。 5.ピエゾ抵抗性のセンサエレメント(19)が互いに重ねてプリントされた多 数の抵抗層(38,39)から形成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか 1項記載の圧力センサ。 6.抵抗層(38,39)がピラミッド状に重ねて配置されている、請求項5記 載の圧力センサ。 7.抵抗層(38,39)が電気的に絶縁されたガラス層(40)によって被覆 されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の圧力センサ。 8.力伝達部材(45)及びガラス層が互いにガラス被覆されている、請求項7 記載の圧力センサ。 9.ポンチ(18)とダイヤフラム(14)とが互いに溶接されている、請求項 1から8までのいずれか1項記載の圧力センサ。 10.ポンチ(18)がガラスセラミックから形成されている、請求項1から9 までのいずれか1項記載の圧力センサ。 11.ポンチ(18)が金属から形成されている、請求項1から10までのいず れか1項記載の圧力センサ。 12.ポンチ(18)が滑動可能にケーシング(10)内で案内されている、請 求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の圧力センサ。 13.ピエゾ抵抗性のセンサエレメント(19)に面したポンチ(18〕の端部 がダイヤフラム(14)に面したポンチ(18)の端部よりも小さな直径を有し ている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の圧力センサ。 14.ピエゾ抵抗性のセンサエレメント(19)に面したポンチ(18)の端部 (20)がセンサエレメント(19)の最上部の抵抗トラック(39)よりも小 さな直径を有している、請求項13記載の圧力センサ。
