A mixture of 5 to 95% by weight of seeds and 95 to 5% by weight of at least one of the tropical evergreen MIL HONBRES, the tropical evergreen PALO SANTO, and the perennial Euphorbiaceae CASSAVA. A natural herbal medicine mixed with tropical medicinal herbs. (2) Natural herbal medicines made from natural herbal medicines in the form of powders, granules, liquids obtained by steeping or decoction, or extracts. (3) A natural herbal medicine made by mixing Yerba Mate leaves. (4) A natural herbal medicine made by mixing black tea. The present invention applies this to a health drink. [Conventional technology] Yerba Mate leaves are sun-dried, then artificially heated to avoid burning, then finely crushed Yerba Mate tea is poured with boiling water, sugar, lemon, etc. are added, and the leaves are inhaled. Drinking has been practiced since ancient times. [Problem to be solved by the invention] Yerba Mate leaves are sun-dried, then artificially heated to avoid burning, dried, and finely crushed. Yerba Mate leaves have a mild stimulant effect. In addition, it is said to have medicinal effects such as regulating the intestines and sweating and diuresis. The present invention uses this yerba mate tea as its main body and the following tropical plants from Paraguay and other South America (1) to (7), The purpose is to produce a health drink that is expected to have extremely excellent pharmacological effects from a composite leaf containing leaves of at least one kind of tropical evergreen tree or perennial plant as an active ingredient. This invention relates to a method for producing a health drink or health drink powder, which is characterized by drying and powdering. The health drink of the present invention can be commercialized by filtering and purifying the liquid exuded from the leaves of Dierba mate or the like with hot water, vacuum packaging it in cans according to the vacuum packaging method for various soft drinks, and sterilizing it by heating. At that time 1
% or less of black tea coexist with leaves such as jeerba mate,
Extraction treatment is effective because it eliminates the odor characteristic of herbal medicines, and stevia and other sweeteners, various flavors, lemon, orange, milk, royal jelly, etc. are also needed to improve the taste of soft drinks. Can be added as required. Further, the health drink powder of the present invention can be added to cold water or hot water, milk, juice, etc. [Effects of the Invention] The health drink or health drink powder of the present invention contains an alkaloid called matein, which is made from the exudate or extract of Dierba mate leaves, and abundant chlorophyll, and is extremely high in minerals such as iron and calcium, and further contains vitamins.
