【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、エンジンの駆動によって回転する回転刃によって、ゴム製のタイヤ 、履帯等の廃材を切断するための携帯用ゴム材切断機に係るものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、履帯，タイヤ等のゴム製の大型の廃材を切断するには、大型の截断機（ シャリング）が用いられていたが、とくに履帯または大型のタイヤ等はこの截断 機のところまで運搬することが厄介であった。また焼却するについても、この焼 却場所まで運搬することが厄介で履帯、タイヤ等のゴム製廃材処理の障害となっ ていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来は、修理工場等の、履帯、タイヤ等のゴム製の大型廃材の発生する場所か ら廃材処理場までにこの廃材の取扱い、運搬が厄介である点が問題であった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、ゴム製の大型廃材の発生する修理工場等で、この廃材を人力で運搬 できる大きさに切断することができる携帯用ゴム材切断機によって運搬、取扱い を容易としようとするものである。
【０００５】 すなわち、従来、ゴムの切断の不可能であったダイヤモンドカッターあるいは レジノイドカッターを備えた携帯用切断機のカッターにかえて、外周に鋸刃を備 えた回転刃を装着することによってゴムの切断を可能としたものである。

【実施例】
以下、図面により本考案の一実施例について詳細に説明する。
【０００７】 図において、エンジンを内蔵するケース１の後部に後ハンドル３と、上部に前 ハンドル５が固着している。ケース１の１側面には前方に突出する箱状の支持体 ７が複数のボルト９によって固着し、支持体７の前部には側方向の回転軸１１が ベアリング１３，１５によって軸支されている。回転軸１１に固着する大プリー １７はベルト１９を介して、エンジンによって駆動される駆動軸２１に固着する 小プリー２３に連動している。支持体７の外側面を覆う側板２５はねじ２７によ って固着されている。
【０００８】 回転軸１１の一端には外周に鋸刃２９を備えた回転刃３１がナット３３によっ て固着されている。回転刃３１の外周を覆って、切片が作業者の方向に飛散する ことを防止するためのカバー３５が支持体７に固定されている。
【０００９】 作業者は、前ハンドル５と後ハンドル３とを両手で把持し、エンジンの駆動で 回転する回転刃３１によって履帯、タイヤ等のゴム製の廃材を切断するものであ る。
【００１０】 なお、本実施例では、ベルトを介して回転刃３１を駆動しているが、チェンを 介して駆動してもよく、あるいはベベルギヤ、シャフ等を介して駆動してもよい 。
【００１１】 また、鋸刃部分の両側面を中心方向に向かって幅せまくなるよう傾斜して設け 、あるいは鋸刃を交互に左右に傾斜させて設ければ、鋸刃側面にゴムが焼き付く ことを防止できるものである。

【考案の効果】
本考案によれば、ゴム製の大型の廃材の発生する場所で、この廃材を人力で運 搬できる大きさに切断することができ、運搬、取扱いを容易とすることができる ものである。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 【請求項１】 エンジンを内蔵するケース１の一側面に
    前方に突出する支持体７を設け、前記支持体７の前端部
    に、前記エンジンの駆動で回転する側方向の回転軸１１
    を軸支して設け、前記回転軸１１に、外周に鋸刃２９を
    形成した回転刃３１を固着して設けたことを特徴とする
    携帯用ゴム材切断機。
