Description

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、エンジンの駆動によっ
て回転する回転刃によって、ゴム製のタイヤ、履帯等の
廃材を切断するための携帯用ゴム材切断機に係るもので
ある。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、履帯，タイヤ等のゴム製の大型の
廃材を切断するには、大型の截断機（シャリング）が用
いられていたが、とくに履帯または大型のタイヤ等はこ
の截断機のところまで運搬することが厄介であった。ま
た焼却するについても、この焼却場所まで運搬すること
が厄介で履帯、タイヤ等のゴム製廃材処理の障害となっ
ていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】従来は、修理工場等
の、履帯、タイヤ等のゴム製の大型廃材の発生する場所
から廃材処理場までにこの廃材の取扱い、運搬が厄介で
ある点が問題であった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案は、ゴム製の大型
廃材の発生する修理工場等で、この廃材を人力で運搬で
きる大きさに切断することができる携帯用ゴム材切断機
によって運搬、取扱いを容易としようとするものであ
る。
【０００５】すなわち、従来、ゴムの切断の不可能であ
ったダイヤモンドカッターあるいはレジノイドカッター
を備えた携帯用切断機のカッターにかえて、外周に鋸刃
を備えた回転刃を装着することによってゴムの切断を可
能としたものである。

【実施例】以下、図面により本考案の一実施例について
詳細に説明する。
【０００７】図において、エンジンを内蔵するケース１
の後部に後ハンドル３と、上部に前ハンドル５が固着し
ている。ケース１の１側面には前方に突出する箱状の支
持体７が複数のボルト９によって固着し、支持体７の前
部には側方向の回転軸１１がベアリング１３，１５によ
って軸支されている。回転軸１１に固着する大プリー１
７はベルト１９を介して、エンジンによって駆動される
駆動軸２１に固着する小プリー２３に連動している。支
持体７の外側面を覆う側板２５はねじ２７によって固着
されている。
【０００８】回転軸１１の一端には外周に鋸刃２９を備
えた回転刃３１がナット３３によって固着されている。
回転刃３１の外周を覆って、切片が作業者の方向に飛散
することを防止するためのカバー３５が支持体７に固定
されている。
【０００９】作業者は、前ハンドル５と後ハンドル３と
を両手で把持し、エンジンの駆動で回転する回転刃３１
によって履帯、タイヤ等のゴム製の廃材を切断するもの
である。
【００１０】なお、本実施例では、ベルトを介して回転
刃３１を駆動しているが、チェンを介して駆動してもよ
く、あるいはベベルギヤ、シャフト等を介して駆動して
もよい。
【００１１】また、鋸刃部分の両側面を中心方向に向か
って幅せまくなるよう傾斜して設ければ、鋸刃側面にゴ
ムが焼き付くことを防止できるものである。

【考案の効果】本考案によれば、ゴム製の大型の廃材の
発生する場所で、この廃材を人力で運搬できる大きさに
切断することができ、運搬、取扱いを容易とすることが
できるものである。

    (57)【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 後部及び上部にハンドルを固着しかつエ
    ンジンを内蔵するケース１を設け、ケース１の一側面に
    前方に突出する支持体７を固着して設け、支持体７の前
    端部に前記エンジンの駆動で動力伝達装置を介して回転
    せしめられる側方向の回転軸１１を軸支して設け、回転
    軸１１の先端に外周に鋸刃２９を形成した回転刃３１を
    固着して設け、回転刃３１の外周を部分的に覆う保護用
    のカバー３５を支持体７に固着して設け、回転刃３１
    を、切断ゴム材の焼き付きを防止するため鋸刃部分の両
    側面を中心方向に向って幅狭くなるように傾斜して設け
    たゴム材切断専用の回転刃として構成したことを特徴と
    する携帯用ゴム材切断機。
