(57)【要約】 【目的】 消化器系統の内壁を無痛,迅速,安価,高精
度に診断する。 【構成】 消化器系統内に流入し系統内を照射する超小
型LEDランプ1と、系統内に流入しランプ1により照
射された系統内を撮像し画像信号を出力する超小型CC
Dカメラ6と、画像信号を受信し映出するモニタテレビ
14とを備える。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、人体又は他の動物の消
化器系統の内壁状態を診断する消化器系統診断装置に関
する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】従来、消化器系統の定期検診等は、バリ
ウム等を飲んだ後のX線透過による食道・胃の検査、超
音波による膵臓・腎臓の診断、触診による大腸検査等が
行われている。
【0003】そして定期検診で異常が見つかった場合、
胃カメラ或いは大腸検診カメラを挿入し、更に詳しい検
査が行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の定期検診等は、
高度の検診技術を要してコストが高く、早期に発見すべ
き初期異常の発見が困難であり、しかもバリウム等の異
物を飲む不快感があり、大腸検診時の触診による苦痛を
伴い、かつ、胃カメラ検査はさらに一層の苦痛を伴うと
いう問題点がある。
【0005】本発明は、前記の点に留意し、無痛,迅
速,安価,高精度に診断できる消化器系統診断装置を提
供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】前記課題を解決するため
に、本発明の消化器系統診断装置は、消化器系統内に流
入しその系統内を照射する超小型LEDランプと、系統
内に流入しランプにより照射された系統内を撮像し画像
信号を出力する超小型CCDカメラと、画像信号を受信
し映出するモニタテレビとを備えたものである。

【作用】前記のように構成された本発明の消化器系統診
断装置は、超小型LEDランプと超小型CCDカメラを
飲むことにより、そのランプとカメラが食道,胃,腸と
移動するに従い、ランプにより照射された消化器系統の
内壁をカメラが撮像し、その画像信号がモニタテレビに
映出され、消化器系統が順次診断される。

【実施例】1実施例を図面を参照して説明する。1は錠
剤程度の大きさの超小型LEDランプ、2はランプ1を
構成するLED発光素子(発光ダイオード素子)部、3
は素子部2の背部に設けられた電力貯蔵用の超小型コン
デンサ又はフイルムバッテリ等のバッテリ或いは前記コ
ンデンサとバッテリとの組合せからなる電源部、4は受
信回路部、5は素子部2,電源部3,受信回路部4を覆
い電波,CCD感応光を透過する透明な樹脂である。
【0009】6は錠剤程度の大きさの超小型CCDカメ
ラ、7はカメラ6を構成するCCD素子(電荷結合素
子)部、8はCCD素子部7の前部に設けられたレン
ズ、9はCCD素子部7の背部に電源部3を介して設け
られた受発信回路部であり、ランプ1と同様、透明な樹
脂5によりレンズ8,CCD素子部7,電源部3,受発
信回路部9が覆われている。
【0010】10は人体、11は胃、12は腸、13は
体外に設けられた電力供給用発振器であり、人体10の
臓器内のランプ1,カメラ6の電源部3に電力を供給す
る。
【0011】14はモニタテレビであり、体内のカメラ
6からの画像信号をアンテナ15で受信し、増幅回路部
16を経てモニタテレビ14に映出する。17はモニタ
テレビ14により診断する医師等の検査員である。
【0012】診断に際し、粘度の高い液体たとえばおも
ゆ,寒天などのゼラチン状で臓器内で受発信用電波及び
CCD感応光を透過する透明な物体18とともに、複数
個の超小型LEDランプ1及び超小型CCDカメラ6を
飲み、電力供給用発振器13から体内のランプ1,カメ
ラ6の電源部3に受信回路部4,受発信回路部9を介し
て電力を供給し、ランプ1のLED発光素子2により消
化器系統の内壁を照射し、カメラ6のCCD素子部7に
より撮像し、受発信回路部9から画像信号を発信する。
この状態が図1である。
【0013】その画像信号をアンテナ15で受信し、増
幅回路部16を経てモニタテレビ14に映出し、検査員
17が診断する。この場合、画像信号を同時にVTR,
CD−ROMに記録する。
【0014】ランプ1及びカメラ6は胃11,腸12を
順次観察し、最後に直腸,肛門の観察を終え、これらの
異物は物体18とともに体外に放出される。

【発明の効果】本発明は以上説明したように構成されて
いるので、以下に記載する効果を奏する。消化器系統内
に超小型LEDランプ1と超小型CCDカメラ6を流入
し、ランプ1により照射された消化器系統の内壁をカメ
ラ6により撮像し、その画像信号をモニタテレビ14に
映出することにより、従来のようにバリウムや胃カメラ
によることなく、無痛で迅速に精度よく消化器系統の内
壁を診断することができ、しかも安価で早期に診断する
ことができる。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 【請求項1】 消化器系統内に流入し前記系統内を照射
    する超小型LEDランプと、前記系統内に流入し前記ラ
    ンプにより照射された前記系統内を撮像し画像信号を出
    力する超小型CCDカメラと、前記画像信号を受信し映
    出するモニタテレビとを備えた消化器系統診断装置。
