  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) アイオナイザの下流側に、複数の高圧電極
    板複数の接地電極板とを交互に、かつ気流と平行
    に設置してなるコレクタの電極板において、各高
    圧電極板と各接地電極板が、電極基板の板面に半
    導電層を形成し、かつ各高圧電極板と各接地電極
    板のいずれか一方又は両方の上流側の端縁部に絶
    縁部を設けてなることを特徴とする電気集塵器の
    コレクタ電極板。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電気
    集塵器のコレクタ電極板において、各高圧電極板
    と各接地電極板のいずれか一方又は両方の下流側
    の端縁部に絶縁部を設けることを特徴とする電気
    塵器のコレクタ電極板。
