…マイクロ波出力回路の分岐点。なお、各図中同
一符号は同一または相当部分を示すものとする。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基本波成分とその基本波成分の２倍の周波数の
    高調波成分との混合した波形のマイクロ波を発生
    するマイクロ波発生源の出力回路として接続され
    るマイクロ波出力回路において、 その出力回路の分岐点に接続される第１のマイ
    クロストリツプラインと第２のマイクロストリツ
    プラインとを備え、 上記第１のマイクロストリツプラインは、上記
    分岐点から上記基本波のライン内波長の1/4の距
    離の点に上記基本波のライン内波長の1/4の長さ
    で終端が開放されたマイクロストリツプラインが
    接続され、 上記第２のマイクロストリツプラインは、上記
    分岐点から上記基本波のライン内波長の1/8の距
    離の点に上記基本波のライン内波長の1/4の長さ
    で終端が短絡されたマイクロストリツプラインが
    接続されることを特徴とするマイクロ波出力回路
    。
