    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. Ｂ級動作をする半導体を用いる高周波電力用半
    導体回路において、上記半導体の出力端部に使用
    基本周波数に対して四分の一波長の長さをもつス
    トリツプ線路が接続され、上記ストリツプ線路の
    反対側の端子には一端が接地されたコンデンサと
    一端が接地された可変容量ダイオードとが接続さ
    れることを特徴とする高周波電力用半導体回路。
