Also, when an external bending force is applied to the power cable at the same time,
It is also necessary that interfacial separation between the insulating layer and the semiconducting layer does not occur. Therefore, the semiconducting layer needs to have both appropriate peelability and appropriate adhesion to the insulating layer. For this reason, a suitable amount of polyolefin resin such as polyethylene is blended with conventional polar polymers such as polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyethylene, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, fluororesin, and silicone resin to form a paste polymer. The semiconductive layer is made of a resin composition containing carbon black, and is designed to have appropriate peelability and adhesion to an insulating layer made of a polyolefin resin such as crosslinked polyethylene or crosslinked ethylene propylene rubber.

である。However, in the semi-conductive layer made of the above-mentioned resin composition, since this resin composition is a blend of a polyolefin resin and a polar polymer that is inherently poorly compatible with the polyolefin resin, it is difficult to maintain uniformity when the wires are crossed. Therefore, when the semiconducting layer obtained from this resin composition is peeled from the insulating layer, directionality occurs and it cannot be peeled off in any direction, making it difficult to perform terminal treatment of the electrical cable. The problem was that it could not be done easily. The present invention has been made in view of such conventional circumstances.

The present invention is an electric caple in which a semiconductive layer is a composition prepared by blending 5 to 20 parts by weight of A-g-As) and 10 to 100 parts by weight of conductive carbon black. Next, the power cable of the present invention configured as described above,
This will be explained in more detail with reference to FIG. In the figure, 1 is a conductor, and the outer periphery of this conductor 1 is coated with an internal semiconducting layer 2. This internal semiconducting layer 2 is
This is a bond type semiconductive layer, which is different from the one with good releasability in the present invention. Further, this internal semiconducting layer 2 is coated with an insulating layer 3. The insulating layer 3 is made of a resin composition obtained by extrusion coating a polyolefin resin such as crosslinked polyethylene or crosslinked ethylene propylene rubber, and then heating and crosslinking the resin composition. Further, on this insulating layer 3, an external semiconducting layer N4, a shielding layer 5, and a sheath 6 are sequentially coated to form a power cable. This external semiconductive layer 4 is composed of 5 to 20 parts by weight of EVA-g-As and 10 to 100 parts by weight of conductive carbon blank, based on 100 parts by weight of a blend polymer of hydrogenated NBR and EVA. It is formed by extrusion coating a composition formed by blending parts by weight. The hydrogenated NBR used here is a saturated nitrile elastomer in which a copolymer of acrylonitrile and butadiene is hydrogenated to add hydrogen to the double bond of butadiene to form a saturated methylene chain, The nitrile content used is about 15 to 20% by weight. This copolymer thus exhibits excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and rubber elasticity. Specific examples of such hydrogenated acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymers include Servane 707 and Servane 1907 (trade name, manufactured by Bayer AG). Furthermore, the EVA used in the present invention has a vinyl acetate content of about 10 to 35% by weight (wt),
And those having a melt flow rate of 1 to 20 are preferable. This EVA improves the processability of the base polymer and facilitates dispersion of the carbon blank into the base polymer. Further, the above-mentioned EVA-g-As, which is a compatible modifier, preferably has a composition ratio of EVA and acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer of about 70/30 (wt%),
Specifically, Modivar A6400 (trade name, manufactured by NOF Corporation) may be mentioned. And this EVA-g-
The optimal blending amount of As is 5 to 20 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the blend polymer of hydrogenated NBR and EVA. That is, if it is less than 5 parts by weight, the mechanical properties will deteriorate, and if it exceeds 20 parts by weight, the releasability will deteriorate. As the conductive carbon black added to such a base polymer, well-known ones such as acetylene black and furnace black are used. The mixing amount is determined taking into consideration the conductivity required for the outer semiconductive layer 4, and is based on 100 parts by weight of the base polymer.
A range of 10 to 100 parts by weight is preferred. Moreover, a crosslinking agent, a crosslinking aid, an antiaging agent, etc. can be added to the resin composition made of a mixture of these, if necessary. Examples of the crosslinking agent include dicumyl peroxide (DCP), 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(t-
Common peroxide crosslinking agents such as (butylperoxy)hexyne-3 can be suitably used. The blending amount of the crosslinking agent is approximately 0.2 to 3 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the base polymer. In addition, as a crosslinking aid, triallyl isocyanurate, triallyl cyanurate, tetraallyloxyethane, N,N'-m-phenylene bismaleimide, p
, p'-dibenzoylquinone oxime, p-quinone dioxime, etc. can be used, and 0.000 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the base polymer. Add about 5 to 3 parts by weight. These crosslinking agents and crosslinking aids may be used in combination, or either one may be used alone. When a crosslinking aid is used alone, a portion of the crosslinking agent in the insulator migrates to the semiconductive layer during crosslinking and reacts with the migrated crosslinking agent to cause crosslinking. In addition, as an anti-aging agent, 4,4'-thiobis(6-
t-butyl-3-methylphenol) etc. can be used,
In addition, zinc stearate, zinc oxide, magnesia, etc. can also be added as necessary.

Insulating layer 3 made of cross-linked polyethylene propylene rubber, etc.
However, in addition to having appropriate adhesion and peelability, the base polymer itself becomes a uniform dispersion system, and when peeling off the semiconducting layer, there is no problem such as easy peeling in a specific direction, and it can be applied in any direction. It can be easily peeled off as needed. In addition, excellent mechanical properties can also be obtained.

, together with an insulating layer (cross-linked polyethylene, 11 mm thick) 3
Various electrical cables were manufactured by interlayer extrusion coating, followed by sequential application of a shielding layer and a sheath (Examples 1-4, Comparative Examples 1-2). Then, each of the obtained electrical cables was tested for the presence or absence of directionality during peeling of the outer semiconducting layer and for mechanical strength. These results are also shown in Table 1. As is clear from Table 1, in the electrical cable of the present invention, there is no directionality when the semiconducting layer is peeled off (it can be peeled off in any direction), and the peeling force and adhesion to the insulating layer are [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the electric cable of the present invention contains 5 to 5 parts of EVA-g-As to 100 parts by weight of the blend polymer of hydrogenated NBR and EVA. 20 parts by weight and 10 to 100 parts by weight of conductive carbon blank is used as the semiconductive layer, so when peeling the semiconductive layer from the insulating layer during terminal processing etc. It can be peeled off as much as necessary in the direction. Therefore, terminal processing work can be easily performed. In addition, this semiconductive layer has moderate adhesion and moderate peelability to insulating layers made of cross-linked polyethylene, etc. Furthermore, good mechanical properties can be obtained.
