Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は下水道管渠等の如き埋設管渠の不同沈
下矯正工法に係るものである。
(従来の技術) 本発明者等は嚢に特願昭61−17832号において、
管渠下面と、同管渠の敷設される基礎上面との間
に気嚢体を介装しておき、前記管渠の不同沈下発
生時、前記気嚢体に圧力流体を封入して膨脹せし
め、同気嚢体によつて前記管渠を扛上したのち、
同管渠下面と前記基礎上面との間に充填材を注
入、硬化せしめる埋設管渠の不同沈下矯正工法を
提案した。
(発明が解決しようとする問題点) このように地中において管渠を扛上する際、同
管渠の埋設深度が大きくなると土圧も増加するの
で管渠が土圧に耐えられなくなつて毀損する惧れ
がある。
(問題点を解決するための手段) 本発明はこのような問題点を解決するために提
案されたもので、鉄筋コンクリート基礎上に敷設
された管渠下面と、前記基礎との間に所定間隔毎
に気嚢体を介装するとともに、同管渠の上面に緩
衝材を載架し、同管渠の不同沈下発生時、不同沈
下部の気嚢体にマンホール内より圧力流体を加圧
注入して前記管渠を扛上したのち、同管渠下面と
前記基礎上面との間〓に前記マンホール内より充
填材を充填、硬化せしめることを特徴とする埋設
管渠の不同沈下矯正工法に係るものである。
(作用) 本発明は前記したように、鉄筋コンクリート基
礎上に管渠を敷設するのに当り、同管渠下面と基
礎との間に所定間隔毎に気嚢体を介装するととも
に、管渠上面に緩衝材を載架し、不同沈下発生時
にマンホールを利用して同マンホール内より圧力
流体を前記気嚢体に加圧注入し、同気嚢体を膨脹
させ、管渠を適正位置まで扛上し、かくして生じ
た同管渠と基礎との間に生じた空〓に前記気嚢体
に対する圧力流体の加圧注入と同じ要領で充填材
を充填して硬化せしめることによつて管渠の不等
沈下を矯正するものである。
一般に管渠周辺は土又は砂で埋戻すのが通例で
あり、前記したように気嚢体を膨脹させた際に
は、この土又は砂が壁となつて管渠本体に、同管
渠上部の土圧すべてが荷重として集中して負荷さ
れ、管渠が破壊されることとなる。
しかるに本発明によれば前記したように、予め
管渠の上面に緩衝材が載架されているので、前記
したように気嚢体に圧力流体を注入して管渠を扛
上したとき、前記緩衝材の圧縮変形によつて管渠
上部の土圧が緩衝され、管渠の破壊が防止され
る。
(実施例) 以下本発明を図示の実施例について説明する。
1は鉄筋コンクリート製管渠で、鉄筋コンクリ
ート基礎2上に敷設する際、同基礎2の上面に設
けられた円弧状断面形の管渠着座部2aと前記管
渠1下面との間に強化ゴム等で構成された耐圧性
気嚢体3を所定間隔毎に介装するとともに、管渠
1の上面に発泡スチロール等の緩衝材4を載架す
る。(第1図参照) 而して前記管渠1に不同沈下を生起した場合、
第2図に示すように、予め地中に埋設され一端を
各気嚢体3に、他端をマンホール(図示せず)に
夫々接続された図示せぬ注入管を介して圧力流体
を封入して、気嚢体3を膨脹させ管渠1を扛上す
ると、管渠1の上面に載架された緩衝材4がδだ
け圧縮変形した状態で管渠1が扛上される。
かくして前記気嚢体3によつて各管渠1を敷設
時と同一線上に位置するように扛上し、この状態
でマンホール内より前記圧力流体封入時と同じ要
領で注入管を介して、同管渠1下方と前記基礎2
の管渠着座部2aとの間に合成樹脂セメント系等
の液状の充填材を注入、固化せしめて、前記管渠
1の不同沈下を矯正するものである。
前記実施例の方法によればこのように簡単な施
工で埋設管渠の不同沈下を矯正しうるものであ
る。
一般に管渠1の周辺は土又は砂で埋戻すのが通
例で、この土又は砂が壁となつて管渠1本体上部
の土圧がすべて荷重として集中して負荷され、管
渠1が破壊される惧れがあるが、本実施例によれ
ば前記管渠1の上面に緩衝材4が載架されている
ので、前記したように管渠1を扛上したとき、緩
衝材4の圧縮変形によつて管渠1上部の土圧が緩
衝され、管渠1の破壊が防止される。また前記矯
正作業後、気嚢体3を一旦収縮して再使用に供す
ることができ、また管渠1の埋戻し工事の際に、
気嚢体3を多少膨脹させておくことによつて瞬間
的に管渠1に大きく作用する付加土圧に対抗し
て、埋戻し工事の際における同付加土圧による管
渠1の破損を防止しうるものである。
なお、シールド、ミニシールド、推進工法等の
各工法における管体の不同沈下に対しても、不同
沈下が予測される場合には、切羽、或いは予め管
下部に気嚢体を取付ける等の方法によつて不同沈
下の矯正が可能である。
以上本発明を実施例について説明したが、本発
明は勿論このような実施例にだけ局限されるもの
ではなく、本発明の精神を逸脱しない範囲で種々
の設計の改変を施しうるものである。
(発明の効果) 本発明によればこのように、管渠下面と同管渠
の敷設される基礎上面との間に介装された気嚢体
に圧力流体を封入して膨脹させることによつて、
前記管渠を扛上させるようにした埋設管渠の不同
沈下矯正工法において、同管渠の上面に緩衝材を
載架して、同緩衝材の圧縮変形量に比例して管渠
を扛上することによつて管渠の土圧による損傷が
防止される。
また本発明の方法によれば、管渠と土圧とは緩
衝材によつて縁切りされているため、管渠の土被
りの大小にかかわらず、不同沈下の矯正が可能で
ある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1 鉄筋コンクリート基礎上に敷設された管渠下
    面と、前記基礎との間に所定間隔毎に気嚢体を介
    装するとともに、同管渠の上面に緩衝材を載架
    し、同管渠の不同沈下発生時、不同沈下部の気嚢
    体にマンホール内より圧力流体を加圧注入して前
    記管渠を扛上したのち、同管渠下面と前記基礎上
    面との間に生じた間〓に前記マンホール内より充
    填材を充填、硬化せしめることを特徴とする埋設
    管渠の不同沈下矯正工法。
