- 半導体基板に複数形成される集積回路を特性測
定するプロービング装置のプローブ・カードにお
いて、前記集積回路のパツドと接触する接触子と
、前記集積回路の領域を分割する分離領域と接触
する共通接触子が少くとも３本あることを特徴と
するプローブ・カード。
