Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は毛髪用剤、更に詳しくはプロスタグラ
ンジン（以下PGと称す）のうち、特にPGE1及
び／又はPGI2を含有する発毛促進作用を有する
発毛促進剤に関する。

PGは生体内に微量存在し、多彩な生理活性を
有する物質として知られており、このものは更に
多種類に細分化される。現在臨床の場では
PGF2a、PGE2が妊娠末期の陣痛誘発に、PGE1が
慢性動脈閉塞症に使用されており、安全性の高い
（PGE1のLD5021mg／Kg：マウス）化合物であり、
他のPG類についても臨床応用への研究が進めら
れている。

PGF2a、PGE2が妊娠末期の陣痛誘発に、PGE1が
慢性動脈閉塞症に使用されており、安全性の高い

れている。
本発明者等はPGにつき鋭意検討を進めた結果、
PGのうち特にPGE1及びPGI2の単独又は混合物
（以下本発明対象化合物と称す）が優れた発毛促
進効果を有することを見出し本発明を完成した。

即ち、本発明対象化合物を適当な外用剤とした
後臨床的に脱毛症患者に塗布し発毛効果を調べた
結果優れた効果が確認された。

本発明の発毛促進剤を製するには、本発明対象
化合物を0.5〜10μｇ／ml、好ましくは１〜3μｇ／
mlの濃度となる外用剤とすればよい。剤型として
は、通常の外用投与剤型であればいずれでもよい
が、経皮吸収という観点よりアルコールローシヨ
ン（30〜90％エタノール溶液）、水溶液又はｏ／
ｗ型クリーム剤等が使用しうるが、特にPH５〜７
に調整したアルコールローシヨンとするのが主成
分の安定性の点から望ましい。
化合物を0.5〜10μｇ／ml、好ましくは１〜3μｇ／

は、通常の外用投与剤型であればいずれでもよい
が、経皮吸収という観点よりアルコールローシヨ

かくして製した発毛促進剤は１日数回患部に塗
布することにより発毛促進効果を認めることがで
きる。

以下実施例にて本発明を説明する。
実施例 １
PGE1200μｇをエチルアルコール60mlと精製水
40mlに溶解しアルコールローシヨンを製した。

ステアリン酸 10ｇ
ステアリルアルコール ５ｇ
モノステアリン酸グリセリン ２ｇ
ブチレングリコール 15ｇ
水酸化カリウム 0.5ｇ
精製水67.5ｇ
上記処方でｏ／ｗ型クリームを製した。
実施例 ３
52才男性（壮年型脱毛症）の患部に2μｇ／ml
の濃度のPGE1を生理食塩水に溶解した液を１日
２回各0.5ml程度外用塗布した。２ヶ月後生毛発
生、３ヶ月後硬毛化が認められた。

実施例 ４
45才男性（円型脱毛症）の患部に2μｇ／mlの
濃度のPGE1を50％エタノール液に溶解した液を
１日２回各0.5ml程度外用塗布した。１〜２週で
脱毛が減少、１カ月後生も発生、２カ月後硬化、
３カ月後完全に回復した。

実施例 ４
37才男性（円型脱毛症）の患部に1μｇ／mlの
濃度のPGI2を50％エタノール液に溶解し、１日
２回各0.5mlずつ外用塗布した。約１カ月後に生
毛、２カ月後に硬毛化し、４カ月後に完全に回復
した。

実施例 ５
51才男性（壮年性脱毛症）の患部に2μｇ／ml
の濃度のPGI2を50％エタノール液に溶解し、１
日３回0.5mlずつを外用塗布した。約２カ月後に
生毛の発生がみられ、４カ月後に硬毛化がみられ
た。
